After my ShiTzu peed on our sofa, and the kids poured cocoa mix along with many other food, drinks, and art stains I couldn’t believe Mr. Dry Steam was able to recover the fabric to look new!!! If you dont think you can clean it, then just be honest before I waste my money. They guaranteed the stains would be gone. He raised the price 100 dollars after he got to my place I still agreed because they guaranteed the stains would be out of my couch but it looks worse than before somehow? The stains are more prominent now. The carpet looks great but I had to argue with one of the guys to clean a spot he said he wouldn't be able to remove the mascara stain I urged him to try and he apologized and agreed I was right because it came out in 2 seconds...

The couch I called them back the next day because the stains were still there they just sprayed it again and wiped it with a cloth and said it would be perfect...once it dried it was even worse because the new spray smelled horrible too. I didn't bother arguing again because I know it's not worth it, they should've just said from the beginning that the couch won't get cleaned instead of raising the price and guaranteeing me his "20,000 dollar machine will get all the stains out." His words not mine.

Visited today and what a result, couch looks new once again. Service was quick, clean and efficient. Not mention super friendly

I've used Mr. Dry Steam at several buildings over the past 12 years. They are always there when I need them, especially in an emergency. I highly recommend them for your carpet and tile/grout cleaning and emergency water extraction.

Eyal was amazing. He arrived early for my sectional cleaning (didn't mind adding the rugs as well even though the appt was just for the couch.) Very efficient and professional.

Unfortunately some spots I thought were removable stains ended up being permanent discoloration from the can of Woolite Upholstery Cleaner I had always used for small spills.

Eyal was able to explain why that product damaged my couch and a better way to clean small spills in the future.

This is the first time I ever used a professional upholstery service and I'll 100% use Mr Dry Steam again.
