I have recommended AC Police many times and I will continue to! They are friendly, very responsive, quick, efficient, fair, and reliable! There are not enough positive adjectives to describe them! I have used them for close to ten years now, and regret nothing! Thank you to Shawn, Roberto, and Jay for your services, and you have a loyal customer here! And they love First Responders, which means the world! They know how to run a business WITH expert customer service!!

I have used AC Police both at home and at my business and they always do a great job. Knowing I can rely on them for all AC issues gives me the peace of mind they are not just going to tell me of the most expensive option, but the most efficient and effective.
The entire team is pleasant, and do a great job whether it’s in office or the service techs that come out. Happy to refer anyone to AC police for their AC related needs.

I have used A/C police in the past. But Covid happening caused me to use a neighbor for the last few years.
I had major construction done at my place and A/C was cover in compound dust and wasn’t working (my first thought was I needed A/C police to take care of this because I believed it was a big issue and I knew they would really do the best job. . I was always so happy with them. They could have easily told me it need a major coil cleaning, but they came out checked the unit told me all was good and not a bad as I thought. I am definitely signing up for a service contract again, and will recommend them to everyone.
They are amazing, Shawn has a great crew of friendly, honest and genuine employees. Which is so hard to find companies like this. They genuinely care about the customers over making money.

The AC Police always deliver excellent service. Having the A/C act up is no time for delays and I can count on them to respond, explain what they will do and the cost.

Jordan came out to service an unexpected leak with one of our units. He was very prompt and thorough. He did a fantastic Job!! Very nice gentleman. He took his time and explained everything to me, I greatly appreciated it.

Shawn runs an excellent company and is always there when you need him. I have had two of his technicians and both were excellent and very thorough! I feel very comfortable recommending him to my friends and family because I know they will get a great experience. The technician that came today showed me a photo of a before and after of my unit. I have had other companies maintain and clean it out before and no one has ever done this thorough of a job. AC Police is a top-notch company run by a very organized owner.

Our technician Jay was amazing. He was very informative and explained what needed to be done in detail. He was right on time and very polite and friendly.

Initial contact with the owner was friendly, professional and helpful. He set up an appointment for me to have my air conditioner serviced very quickly. The technician who came to my home to service my A/C was on time, friendly, professional and helpful. I signed up for an A/C service maintenance contract with them because I was so impressed. Highly recommend them.
In 2023 I bought a new air conditioner from them. I had problems with my old one and it stopped working. They came very quickly and within 2 days I had my new A/C up and running
The office staff is personable and a pleasure to deal with.
I just had my first HVAC maintenance on the new A/C and they were friendly, quick and efficient. Highly recommend A/C Police!!

Amazing customer service. Called same day and they came out. Service tech evaluated the situation and was straight forward what needed to be done. He had to come back out a few hours later as promised and finished the job. Prices are fair. Highly recommend

AC Police is an excellent company with courteous, professional and knowledgeable techs. Aron, did an excellent job maintaining my AC unit that AC Police installed by (Jay)back in 2019. Call them for all your ac needs.

Same day service, very responsive and competent. Finished the job same day and we have air conditioning again. The price seemed super expensive, but I didn’t take the time to shop, and I relied on A/C Police to keep it fair. The price may have been very fair, but I needed quick and competent and that’s what I got, so 5 stars from me. Very nice people, for what it’s worth.

I trust this company. I have been with them for years and they are so professional. Every single person that has been out to my home is courteous and respectful. Rick, in the office is so good about juggling calls to make sure the work is triaged and all their customers are taken care of. Thank you AC Police! You got my business and my referrals.

7/14/24 - Working with this company is a reassuring pleasure EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Ricky has answered the phone every time I have called. He attitude and attention to what I say always sets me at ease. The follow-through is always there. Just can't say enough about this wonderful, veteran owned company.

We had a great experience with AC Police. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. Aaron the service technician took his time and explained everything that he was doing. I am so glad that I now have a reputable AC company to service my AC. I also appreciate their military discount program being that I am retired military. I would highly recommend AC Police!

Awesome service. I have been using AC Police and Sean for over10 years and never had an issue They always have convenient service calls and fair prices. Shout out to Ricky And Lexi and Alberto for taking such great care of us.

I have used them several times. They put a new unit in my home and fixed a unit at my office that wasn't installed properly. They could have easily sold my landlord a new unit but told him that wasn't necessary. I really appreciated that honestly. The cost of repairs was thousands and thousands less that what the repair cost. I definitely recommend them!
