Absolutely Outstanding Service!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from JR A/C Solutions! My AC suddenly stopped working after some hissing noises at the start of an extremely hot week, and it turned out the fan motor and capacitor needed replacing. Jimmy was very straightforward from the moment we connected. He gave me an opportunity to shop around and get back to him.

He arrived within an hour of confirming the visit, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He had the parts on hand and got everything replaced and running smoothly within a couple of hours.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail and he even gave me tips for maintaining the system to avoid future problems.

Look I have no clue what to do when it comes to the upkeep of a unit and I’m always grateful that I can rely on this company. Jimmy and his team are awesome! My neighbor referred him to me when they noticed that my outside A/C was making a strange noise. The weekend I heard it much louder than normal, I contacted him immediately and scheduled an appointment. Jimmy was professional, responsive and informative. Upon describing to him what I was experiencing and showed him a video I recorded as well, he knew exactly what the problem was and broke it down for me to understand. I really appreciate the work he and his team did. Our system has been working fine since. I will certainly utilize their services again.

Jimmy and his son came to the rescue after hours and fixed everything with our ac unit that stopped working in less than an hour. Will be doing my yearly service and add a UV light to my system as recommended to prevent allergies. Excellent service and honesty!!!!!
