After installing and testing the Schenker Zen 30 Water Maker I purchased for my Island Packet Yacht, I ran into a problem with the system as it stopped running. A Telephone call to Titan Marine placed me in contact with a competent technical and we were quickly able to identify that the pump was inoperative. Once the problem with the system was identified, a subsequent email started a quick and painless process that led to a replacement pump being shipped to me for the minor cost of shipping.

Once the pump was quickly received, I was able to perform the replacement, and the water maker was up and running without further problems.

I am very pleased with the prompt, professional and efficient service I received from Titan Marine. I also personally thank Onay and Andrea for their kind and immediate attention.

On very short notice, Titan came out to the vessel and got the air-conditioning system working before an owner’strip. Yerandy and Freddy were prompt, communicative and got the job done with no fuss. Thanks guys. 5 star.

Very prompt and good service provided by the company and technicians. I would say is the best in Fort Lauderdale are. And I have been running yachts here for more than 15 years. Today had the very helpful and competent intervention of Onay, but also the previous teams which came onboard were doing an admirable job and in decent time without dragging it.
