What was supposed to be an estimate turned into high-pressure sales tactics, with repeated reminders about a “discount” to push me into making an immediate decision. Avi recommended only a snake brush and blower at an extremely high price without performing a full inspection or even locating the exterior vent. There was no exterior vent cleaning, airflow verification, or before-and-after documentation—just a request to “trust” the service based on a video from another customer.

Before I realized what was happening, he had already started the process, and I felt pressured into moving forward instead of being respected when I said I wanted quotes from other companies. I left the interaction feeling upset and taken advantage of. I was only given a discount if I didn't write a bad review. It seemed more important to avoid a bad review than to complete the job correctly.

Update (next day): After running one load of laundry, I noticed a burning smell and steam coming from inside the dryer—something that was not happening before Avi’s visit. The vent is still clogged, possibly worse than before. I was then offered “another discount” for someone to go on the roof to finish the job. All I wanted was an honest estimate, a properly completed service, and basic respect. Instead, I’m left with an unresolved and potentially unsafe problem. I also called the company to speak with a manager and have not received a response. I am writing this review 2 weeks later as I had to have another company finish the job.
