The reason I'm posting a bad review, is because Rafael replaced an A/C and did not register the machine for warranty. The machine was installed incorrectly. Rafael visited 3 times the property without solution.

I know the machine is the cheapest one, but it is not working properly because was installed incorrectly.

The answer from Air RightAway when we asked why they did not registered the machine for warranty is ......For some reason the registration didn’t go through, and then they say the unregistered machines have 5 years warranty.

If according to Air RightAway, the unregistered machines has 5 years warranty, why never apply for it and help a client?

I had to hire another A/C technician and he tried to apply for the warranty, however the company told them, no warranty for unregistered machine.

The answer now from Air RightAway, there is nothing they can do, just leaving us with the issue with no support.

Why would anyone want to work with a company that when you have an issue instead of trying to help you solve it they disappear.

Now I have to replace a machine that was installed in 2020.

Air Rightaway is not giving us warranty for their work.

Please think twice before hiring this company to work on your A/C.

Aside from this review I have filled a report with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations.

At this point I would like for the company to issue a full refund for the HORRIBLE JOB.

Thank you so much for your service. This gentleman was honest and could have Charged me a lot more. But chose to be honest. Initially we thought it was the compressor which was 2400 but he found the real problem and ended up paying 485.
