For the second week in a row, this company never showed up for their appointment. I scheduled them last week to clean my ducts, they were supposed to be at my home between 8 and 11am and never showed. I finally got a call from someone in their main office who apologized and rescheduled me for today, the following Sunday again between 8 and 11am. The lady I spoke to promised me that I would have the first appointment time of the morning. Once again, they never showed up, only this time no one even called me. This is a very unprofessional company and I will never call them again. And yes, I am a legitimate person and this a legitimate review. This company earned their one-star review. They wasted two of my Sundays.
