I’ve been using United State Solutions for my AC service for a while now and have had consistently good experiences. The technicians take their time checking the system and make sure everything is working properly before they leave. I never feel like they’re rushing through the job just to get to the next appointment.

I also want to mention Ashley Lima, who answers the phone and helps with scheduling. Ashley is very straightforward when explaining what’s covered, what isn’t, and what to expect from the service. I actually appreciate that because it avoids surprises later.

If you’re in Miami and need reliable AC maintenance or repair, this has been a company I’ve felt comfortable calling.

Overall, it’s been easy dealing with United State Solutions. The communication is clear, the service has been reliable, and Ashley Lima has always been helpful whenever I call.

I can't say enough good things about Alex Trejo and UNITED STATE SOLUTIONS. My old AC unit completely stopped working, Alex stepped in and handled everything from start to finish with professionalism honesty and care. HE TOOK the time to explain my opios clearly, helped me understand wt made the most sense for or home, and made entire process smooth and stress free. If you're dealing with AC issues or need replacement, I highly recommend asking for Alex Trejo at United State solutions. You'll be in great HANDS!

The worst! My A/C has been out for almost a month and without throughly checking the whole A/C unit the technician has been here 3x (roughly once a week) and I was charged $400 for Freon only for my A/C to still be out of commission! I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional and lackadaisical! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I would NEVER encourage anyone to work with them or acquire any products with them. Unacceptable!

Beware! This company is a scam. I just had someone show up to my home saying that he was from Hillsborough County and asked to check my meter and a/c unit only to later find out that he is from this company. I called the police and I will be contacting Teco and I also just filed a fraud complaint with the county on him. I have him on my ring camera saying "I'm from the county, I'm an efficiency advisor, when we get a large number of complaints regarding the energy bills in an area the county sends us out to check " I showed the video to the police and also gave them the license plate number for his vehicle. Check the BBB website on them, it looks like they have been doing this scam for years. Wrong house, wrong neighborhood!

I do not know where all these five star reviews are from because this company is seriously TRASH. Ever since they installed the unit, it goes out AT LEAST twice a year. You have to call them to send a technician out since we have warranty. Twice they scheduled the technician and he NEVER showed. I had to wait the next business day to call them AGAIN and tell them no one ever showed up. Then their appointment times be 10am-7pm “all day appointment” which means you can’t even leave your house because you have NO IDEA when the technician will show! Have us sitting at home all day just for this man to never show up. Mind you we live in Florida… it’s HOT and we have small kids in the home! At this point we will call an outside HVAC company whenever the a/c goes out because this company is seriously THE worst. It seems like they only have one guy that comes out to service calls. Very bad.

United State Solutions is a scam. They charge me 11k for a smaller home with 1611 sq that should have been priced between 3k-4k. The air ducts that they installed are too small to let air through the house. I called them several times to come fix the issues which one person of the company came in , look at the sloppy job and mistake they did but didn’t fix the issues. Instead they told me that I have to pay 2k more on top of the over priced of 11k installation. They are thieves, I had to get another company to fix the issues with an additional 850 that I had to pay out of pocket. The air is a little better than the previous installation ( United State Solutions) Be careful.

I would strongly advise other to look elsewhere. My AC unit has had recurring issues almost monthly. Overall, this has been an exhausting experience and i would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, long term AC service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this company. Nearly every month, a new issue arises with my AC unit. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the root problem, it feels like temporary patches are being done just to get by. On top of that, there have been repeated attempts to void my warranty rather than stand behind the work performed. Customer service has also been frustrating, the representative I speak with consistently has an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or honest AC service.
