Reliable Construction & Plumbing is just that! Yaacov is extremely reliable, affordable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job, showed up when he was supposed to and even did extra work without charging anything extra. He didn't leave a mess, was easy to work with and was responsive to all of my requests. Our hot water heater works perfectly now and I highly recommend him!

I wrote an earlier review a while ago and feel compelled to write another since Jacob just did another job for me. This time was the removal of an old water heater and installation of a new one. Once again, he was right on time as we had arranged. This job presented several structural challenges which he tackled masterfully. This was not an easy job. Jacob was at the top of his game and found the right solution to each hurdle. He did a beautiful job. I couldn’t be happier with his work and professionalism. He’s a genuine good guy who truly cares for his customers. Jacob’s is definitely my go to company for everything plumbing. Reliable indeed. I’ve recommended him to friends who’ve told me they find him to be the best recommendation ever!

Below is my first review from last year:
I had a leak from the cold water valve of my bathroom sink. I did some research online to find a local reliable plumber. After checking out several sites, I had a good feeling about Reliable Construction & Plumbing. My hunch proved to be right. I called the number listed and Jacob himself answered the phone. That was the first plus. This was Friday afternoon. He asked me if Sunday was ok for him to come. Which was perfect for me. I texted him my address and pictures of the leaking valve. He texted me back on Saturday with a 1 hour arrival window. (9am to 10am). At 9:30am he was pulling up my driveway. Second plus. The man is super personable. He went to work right away and discovered that what I thought was a valve replacement job was really a maintenance issue which he took care of swiftly. His fee was very affordable. But his honesty was invaluable. Any other plumber would have gone ahead and replaced the valve just to be able to charge more. Not Jacob. Third plus and a gold star!
It was so refreshing to encounter a legitimate business owner who operates pro customer and not the bottom line. His work is guaranteed. He told me he would return if by chance the leak manifested itself again. We were so pleased with the overall experience, we paid him more than he asked for. I highly recommend this company. I’m definitely making him my plumber of choice.
