This is a great company. Work is done as quoted, by knowledgable staff. Scheduled or emergency call, always on time and professional. Shannon, is a real help timely quotes and arranging appointment.

Never recommend! Be prepare that they can deceive you, by first agreeing with you on one price and then asking for much more without any warning and any agreement. After the works were done, they just sent the invoice with the price much more than was agreed, with out any warning and any explanation, and then continue to harass and stalkering monthly by threating for additional fees!

Atlas plumbing did an amazing job. All my toilets were clogged and my shower and they had me scheduled same day. They had everything fixed very quickly.

Terrible, worse customer service possible by Scott, super rude over the phone, gaslighter, and talks overs you, incapable of establishing a dialogue, he doesn't even listen to you. He truly seems like a super unhappy person.

I just had this company at my house and I couldn't be happier!!! Their customer service, fair prices, and quick appointment time was incredible!! I highly recommend this company!!! I've used other companies in the past and wasn't satisfied but this company, INCREDIBLE!!! I wish I can give them 100 stars!!!!

Well done! David ordered a part and returned on time for a connection fix in a Evolution Pro Essential "InSinkErator" and fixed a pin hole leak in copper pipe.

This company is by far the best. I was dealing with another plumbing company they told me all kinds of things that needed to be done with a hefty price tag. I called Atlas plumbing Shannon was great sent out two of her guys Deshawn and Taylor who were super professional and solved the problem without the hefty price. Highly recommended.

We've had Atlas plumbing help us a few times now. Once with a toilet and it was seamless and easy - and more recently with a sink/faucet install (replacing 50 year old sink). I called Shannon and she was able to easily walk me through what was needed and she ordered what we agreed on. I had mentioned that we might need a garbage disposal also - she said they'd only install if necessary. I wasn't there so I had a neighbor let them in. It was more complicated than they originally thought but they were very fair in their pricing. Shannon was very easy to work with and a good communicator. I will absolutely use them again when/if I need a plumber.

I called Atlas and told them I had a water leak in my bathroom. Shannon told me someone would stop by within the hour.

The plumber arrived in 10 minutes. Oz saved the day. What appeared to be a major project, he made it a minor project. His persistence prevailed.

Atlas plumbing recently replaced a hot water tank in our condo. They were efficient, courteous and fairly priced. Dealing with Shannon the office manager was a pleasure. She was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist us in completing the job. In addition Atlas stands behind their work. If there are any concerns about the job Shannon works to make sure everything is completed to the customers satisfaction. We are long time customers at Atlas and they have never disappointed.
