Remodeler reviews in Hollywood, Florida

Valentin and his crew did an interior home reno last year. It included demo of the kitchen, interior walls, removal of all existing flooring, installation of new plank tile, popcorn ceiling removal and refinish, electrical rewiring and other assorted improvements. Everything was done professionally, within schedule and fairly priced. I am in the construction industry and I can say I wish all contractors were as honest, detail oriented and knowledgeable as Valentin.

For couple of years now I had the pleasure of hiring Valentine to help me with various jobs at my property . I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received.

From the moment I reached out to V&R Remodeling LLC ,their professionalism and responsiveness stood out. The friendly staff was prompt in scheduling an appointment that worked for me.

I am impressed by their knowledge and expertise. They tackled the task at hand with precision and efficiency, ensuring that everything was done to perfection.

Not only did they complete the job flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by offering valuable advice and suggestions for future maintenance to prevent any issues.

Valentin was courteous, respectful, and left the work area clean and tidy. They truly exhibited a commitment to customer satisfaction.

If you’re in need of reliable home/remodeling services, I highly recommend V &R Remodeling LLC. Their skilled and friendly team will exceed your expectations, leaving you with peace of mind and a job well done.

One of my challenges in South Florida has been finding reliable, quality driven teams to complete miscellaneous work in our house (plumbing, tiles, painting, drywall, kitchen furniture installation). Valentin and his team are the real deal. From the prompt response to my estimate request, until the completion of the job they were professional, respectful and produced quality work in time. I recommended him already to all my friends. Thank you Valentin for an amazing job! I will definitely be using him in the future!

I am a designer and have worked with Valentin for several years. His work is consistently excellent. He is always punctual and reliable - a rarity in this industry. He also has the unique advantage of being skilled in multiple trades, which ultimately results in great savings for the client. I highly recommend him for a variety of renovation projects!

I’m not usually writing reviews but I must say I was very pleasant with the work of V&B Remodeling. I had to change my whole kitchen and living room due to a roof leak and they were nothing but fast and prompt. Very attentive to the details. I would work again with them in the future.

I hired Valentin, from V&B Remodeling to give my old kitchen a makeover. Him and his team weren't just on time and professional, but also delivered a job well done and exceeded all my expectations.
His attention to detail and his patience to make sure everything is done the correctly resulted in a kitchen that I cannot believe it's mine!
Thank you V&B Remodeling! I'll definitely contact you for my next project.

We needed someone for different projects within our community.
It turned out that Valentin, the owner, is very skilled, and was able to handle most of our projects. From painting to some wood work, and little landscape restoring, Valentin did not say no to any projects .
We hope for a long and prosperous collaboration.

Profesionalismo y calidad, super recomendados..

Excelente trabajo! Quedo muy bien lo que yo quería ! Recomendable

Jorge has been always fast to answer, efficient and on point to details. Thank you for your gray work !!

I needed a remodeling of my living room floor and they quoted me a reasonable price compared to other similar ones, the work was excellent and met all my expectations...highly recommended...!!

I will start with RUN! Dont work with Jorge, under any given circumstances. He can come across like a good guy, but the second he enters your house you’re done. True colors comes out. A very rude person, lack of professionalism. Jorge and his “crew” (after speaking with them it turns out Jorge hires them from neighbors friend. they haven’t work with him previously and he doesn’t really know how they work). This I know since they came knocking on my door asking for their payment, saying Jorge never payed them, stop answering the phone calls, a little more talking and all the details came out. They came to my house, Jorge said they will be wrapping and taping the house with plastic in order to keep the house as clean as possible since we have kids. That never happened, in fact Jorge asked to leave the trash on our garage (its still there) since he didn’t bring a dumpster. But he did charged me for one.
Coming across while Jorge was doing the bathroom with my concerns and questions thats when Jorge became rude claiming let me finish my work. But along the way we are seeing that he is skipping steps for example waterproof, taking measurements of the wall and floor and calculating. NOTHING WAS UP TO CODE! He did everything as he thought right to do.
He didn’t use spacers on the tiles, he literally just put one on top of the other. And if you look at the pictures you can see HOW BAAAAD it looks! He took pieces and placed them anywhere like a very cheap and bad puzzle.
Jorge said he will come and complete his job, in which he didn’t. He left us for 3 weeks without a bathroom, ohhh how can I forget. When it was time to try the drains of the bath Jorge realized he did something wrong (when he placed the tub he needed to run the water to make sure its good to go) since it didn’t work Jorge made a HOLE ON my wall… at my dinning room.!
Jorge needed to come fix up all the details, we also hire him for painting our house… please note pictures.
Jorge is a scammer, first on the fact that hes no contractor, he’s good talking but he is not a contractor, he is FULL OF EXCUSES! and everything that goes wrong be prepared to hear is your house walls, is your home and whatever it is but a mistake or something he did wrong. Jorge used our hardware like drill, etc… we still have pieces missing.
Its a long review but when it comes to doing home remodeling and doing such investment I think people should know what to really expect from the project and the person you are letting into your home.
I have asked from Jorge many times to fix the damages he left in my house and he doesn’t answer. At this point I need to redo the whole bathroom and hire someone else.
Also after doing a checkup on the provided license. ITS NOT HIS!

I’m so happy to had Jorge and his team to do the work. They were puntual, serious and focus in their job. Totally recommend to my friends and who ever need to repair or do some stuffs at their place
