I have to say that Happy Ducts is the best and did not disappoint. Ben (owner) and Israel were on time, completed the job in a timely manner, and were friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. Before the visit, Minet (owner) reviewed the ducts’k services to be performed, and provided the complete breakdown of costs, so not to incur any hidden costs. “Honesty is always the best policy!” If I could give Happy Ducts more than a 5-star review, I happily would. They were professional from start to finish. You will not be disappointed with their service!!!

I had a truly excellent experience with Happy Ducts. Their team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They explained the entire process, worked efficiently, and left no mess behind. I hired this company to clean my AC ducts, including the coil and blower, due to a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the vents and AC closet. I was assured that this service would eliminate the smell.

Two technicians worked for about 2.5 hours, and I was charged $612.56. However, the odor remained after they finished, even though they claimed everything was clean. I am asthmatic, so this was especially concerning.

After several calls and delays, I was forced to hire another company. Based on photos taken before the service, it was confirmed that the blower was never cleaned and that the work was poorly done. When I asked for a solution, I was told they do not charge for cleaning the blower and are not responsible for “inaccessible” areas—something never disclosed before payment.

In reality, I paid over $600 for vent cleaning only. Customer service was rude and dismissive, and no attempt was made to fix the problem.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on my experience I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They are not reliable, not professional, and take advantage of customers.

Coast to Coast replaced my heat pump last Feb and did an excellent job. They replaced everything just like a new installation. Today they installed a mini split. Again excellent job. Arrived on time and went right to work. Did an excellent job and very neat. Cleanup was great. Thank you Coast to Coast

If you have some extra money just call them, they will do full service of everything even if you don't need it

I called them and I paid 89 dollars for nothing don't call them they take your money and then play games with you so I had to cancel my card and put fraud on them be careful

Rich arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options thoroughly. The cost for the repairs were extremely fair while quality of service was outstanding. He was able to explain the problems in an easy to understand manner.

Have nothing but great things to say about the technicians from AVS Heating and Cooling. They were very professional and flexible when scheduling my service. They were prompt, pleasant and were willing to answer all of the questions I had.I was impressed and will definitely recommend them.

My furnace went out recently, Albert came out instantly after calling. He checked the furnace and identify the problem and had it fixed expeditiously. Their technician Frank swiftly inspected my furnace which was not functioning properly. He discerned the problem quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know all my options available and gave me very fair quotations. Would recommend their incredible services to more friends and family. Thumbs up!!

We had an urgent matter with a short time frame that needed to be completed, and AVS Heating and Cooling was so helpful in trying to get us squeezed in. They were able to get someone out to our house the same day, and he had the job completed much faster than I anticipated. The service technicians are always friendly, and do a great job of explaining the work they performed. We are very appreciative that they were able to help us out so quickly!
