I have lived in my community for almost 30 years. Finally, our HOA hired a landscaping company that not only does a great job, but the owner Daniel and his staff are always approachable and kind. Daniel has always made time if I need any help with my backyard, since it is fenced in and not accessible. I was very happy to hear that his company is still handling our landscaping needs. I highly recommend New Age Property Maintenance for all your landscape and tree needs. I originally hired another company who completely butchered my trees and left stomps. Someone recommended Daniel with New Age and I’m sad I didn’t hire him first. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me what he was going to do and made me feel at ease instantly. Him and his crew were professional and took care of everything I asked and more. I would recommend New Age to anyone and everyone I know.

DO NOT use this company! They trespassed onto my property and without my knowledge or authorization trespassed and cut my fruit tree. They cut the tree branches and trunk leaving a gaping hole. This company was contracted by the HOA to trim the common areas NOT a fruit tree within my property. As a maintenance company they should have knowledge of the laws.

Danny and his crew were as expected. We needed two medium sized trees in our yard trimmed and raised. Polite, professional, and on time. No disruption to any personal property and no mess left behind.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. Danial came out the the day after I called to give me a quote. I needed the coconuts to be removed, the palms cut back and the layers and layers of leaves to be removed from the property. I live under a ton of oak trees, so the leaves are out of control. Within a week or so, they came by and spent the day working very hard in my yard. I am definitely going to use them again. Highly recommend.

Daniel and his crew were great! I got a quote on Tuesday and by Thursday, the project was all done. I needed two very big Norfolk removed. He had the best pricing, very affordable all around. The area was left clean, clear and perfect. Thank you so much!

My tree needed trimming. He showed up quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. The workers showed up a few hours later. They did a great job, and cleaned up well after. I will use them again and would recommend them for any landscaping needs.

My go to tree trimmer Daniel and his crew. Most impressed by there attention to detail and care taken to protect property from damage. Carefully pruned my 30 ft. Coconut palm with no damage to existing landscape or neighbors landscape. Always fair with his price and quick to respond when contacted. Total professional!0

Daniel was absolutely great! I live in the Antigua development and Daniel was so kind to cut my backyard as my equipment was broken. They maintain all the outside since we’re in an HOA, which looks great.

Daniel and his crew were amazing! We had about 35 invasive trees removed from our property in SWR—pines, bishopwoods, and paper trees. Daniel visited our property, gave us a reasonable price, and explained how the machinery would get in and out, all while working around our home construction crew. Daniel was careful in protecting our walkway and driveway. Our neighbors behind us were friendly enough to bring Daniel and his crew some lunch one day, and they plan on using him as well to remove invasive trees from their property. I would absolutely recommend New Age Property Maintenance to anyone looking for reliable, professional tree removal.

A car crashed through my fence at 4 am and there was wood and debris strewn all over my yard. I called New Age Junk Removal at 6:30 a.m. and he was here within 10 minutes. They cleared everything including a palm tree that the car had hit. By 8 :30 a.m. they had taken away everything! I highly recommend them.
