Fair pricing, showed up on time, very nice work. And workers were very Knowledgeable. Terry the owner is very smart and pleasant to talk with.

Terry Robinson is not a trustworthy person to do business with. He bought used equipment that I was selling online. Used equipment being sold "as-is". The equipment was just repaired by a local mower shop but I couldn't get it started and preferred another brand. Terry tested it in front of me, said he was some sort of arborist and small engine mechanic. Days later he called me asking for a refund. Terry took a risk buying $1000 worth of equipment for onky $200. I'm sure he wouldn't have called to offer me extra money if he got the equipment to work. But he sure called me crying when he took a risk and it didn't work out. I had no idea anything wouldn't work out. I sold the equipment for less than I just paid for the repairs. I wouldn't trust Terry. I would also question the professionalism of anyone buying used equipment for their supposed occupation. Maybe Terry is just some sort kf weekend warrior. Certainly a professional tree service wouldn't be buying used equipment or crying over $200.

Danny and his guys did a great job and completed everything quoted and discussed. Would use again.

This business is owned by Danny and his sister which are scammers. Terrible experience that will be handled at court

My 40+ year old live oak has never looked better! I've had it trimmed by many other companies over the past 30 years and Royal Tree Services made it beautiful again.

Rented a home for a week in FL & their workers broke into our vacation home, stole lots of cash, IDs, and lots of valuable items. Not worth the risk. They hire crooks.

I've used Royal for 2 years and they are great. They are reaso able, fast and clean everything up. I've referred them to a number of people and they are always happy.

These guys are professionals.They removed a tree from a very difficult area. They are also fair in price. They have the right equipment and have a good crew that know what they are doing.

Excellent one-hour job of removing three palm trees by the curbside by a 5-people team! I will hire them again if tree services needed. I was very impressed and appreciative watching their efficient teamwork smoothly and thoroughly. Thanks to Google's listings too!

I liked the owner Danny and his sister right away when they both came out it give me a qoute. We negotiated on the price to cut a very tall shade tree. Danny knew the name and I still have a mental block about what the tree is called. We also agreed on a price for my very tall cherry hedge that runs the length of my front yard down to a manageable four foot. I loved all my dealings with Danny and the 5 guys he sent to complete the job. All his employees knew their job and were all very courteous. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Last year they were sick 2 times and finally showed up. Did a great job.
This year they told me there coming 3 different times, no show, sick twice. Told me an hour ago we'll be there in 30 min to hr. I gave thumbs up. Forty-five min later this was the message I copy/paste. Can't stand dishonesty.

"Listen my climber quit yesterday and the owner / salesman and crew is sick I cannot come out today I'm not sure when I will be able to come out I have to put my truck in the shop sorry for the inconvenience"

I called on Danny @ Royal Tree to remove outgrown Oak Tree roots that were damaging my walkway and getting too close to my house structure. The job was done at a fair price as well as quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
