I have been using Guisan Air for over 12+ yrs. Marco has always been my go to Technician! Recently Sunday 6/9/24 my smart A/C controller sent me a message stating that a high temperature notice was received. I checked my A/C and found that it was not giving cold air. I immediately called Guisan and Marco responded that he would arrive the next day in the morning between 9am-10am. At exactly 9:09am according to my Ring he arrived. He suspected that it was a bad/blown capacitor because recently with this High Heat we have been having in Miami this has been an issue for many customers. Within 15min my A/C was back up and running! Marco & his team have always been punctual, polite and know how to provide customer service. Its good to have a good A/C company/Technician here in South Florida!

We are SO happy with the work that Guisan did on our existing AC. Our duct work was 40+ years old. It was leaking into our very small attic space. Several rooms were hot while other rooms were freezing. Marco came over to give an estimate, and he know EXACTLY what to do regarding the new duct work system, deposits, and air flow paths. We had all new duct work installed in 2 days for a very reasonable price. I would trust Guisan to do any work that you may need! We can finally keep our thermostat at one temperature and the entire house is at that particular temperature. Thank you!

I was satisfied with this company. They were punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Marco was detailed in explaining what was wrong with my unit, and provided me with a plan on addressing the problem. I would recommend their service, as is can sometimes be hard to find trustworthy companies.

One of the reasons I decided to call Guisan Air Conditioning was because of their highly rated google reviews and I was not disappointed. In addition to that, they are licensed and insured. I was able to get an appointment the next day which was great. Marco and his son were punctual, did the work in the amount of time they had said it would take, were professional and knowledgeable. I’ve used other companies in the past and I do not like the fact that most of the time companies are mainly focused on selling new units, but not Guisan. Marco was honest and was successful in cleaning and making some minor repairs to the coils. I appreciate Marco for going above and beyond to make sure my unit worked properly. It truly shows he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company for their reasonable pricing, customer satisfaction, professionalism and quality work. I have already recommended them to a coworker and definitely use them again.

Horrible. I have a two year old AC unit. Unfortunately the flexible supply duct gets a lot of condensation and mold started growing. I called to have it replaced. My wife was there and they said it just needed to be patched and retape and the mold would die. When they finished the job my wife had to point out multiple leaks where air was seeping out and their response was “they didn’t see that”. They retaped it and left. One month later mold started to grow again. I cut a piece of the plaster and tape and discovered a serious mold issue inside since it wasn’t replaced or properly fixed. They just taped over and hid a preexisting issue which made it worse. I would never work with them again. The person I hired was appalled at the previous job and properly replaced it. This could have gotten my family sick and became a bigger issue within our attic

Regular maintenance on a AC unit is expensive regardless of who you choose to do the work. I’ve trusted Guisan with the installation and other small repairs and again superior service prevailed. They arrived promptly in their 1-hr window. In and out with a successful maintenance call, all in the time the technician said it would take.
The service technician, John, was friendly and very professional and competent.

When I called in the morning for my a/c blowing hot air o was able to schedule for an appointment between 11-12. By 1045, I received a text from Marco advising he was on his way and was arrival within 10 minutes. Marco was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and completed the job without any issues. I highly recommend this company

Today, Nov 4, 2023, I had the foam insulation replaced in my attic, on the AC Unit and on the outside AC Unit. The technicians did an excellent job. They were very professional and cleaned up after themself.

Prior to having this work done, Guisan technicians came out to my house and looked at the problem. They give me a reasonable estimate. There was a leak in the attic from the old foam insulation. The technicians were really good. They took pictures for myself and for the insurance company to see.

Also, Marco came to give me an estimate for some other work I needed done. I asked him about putting in more insulation in my attic. He gave me some sound advice regarding insulation. What I love about Marco is that he is very honest. He does not tell you something just to get money from you. He will honestly tell you if something is a waste of money, even if it is not concerning air conditioning.

By the way, I didn’t go up in the attic to take pictures of the work done in there. If someone goes in there I will have them take pictures and I will up date the photos.

I want to give thanks to Marco A. Guillen who went above and beyond while fixing our AC unit. Not only his guidance and knowledge shared was very insightful and helpful, but also while in the middle of the work, a storm came and he worked and finished the job even with very strong rain. We didnt ask him to do it but he was decided to complete the service and was very kind and respectful on trying not to cause any issues or dripping inside the house.

Also, we called them last night to request a last min service for weekend day at 9am, they answered fast, were able to come first time in the morning and also gave us a very fair price.
