Daniel was a blessing to us today, expertly repairing several issues after diagnosing mistakes a non-pro prior helper made. He explained what he was finding all along the way, and I especially was happy that he had the supplies needed to complete an add-on task so I didn’t have to go to the store as I expected! Ask for Daniel for prompt, professional, friendly, expert service!

Very disrespectful and rude. I called for a quote and something was said before I was hung up on. I didn't catch what was said because it was so quick before again, I was hung up on. Wouldn't recommend.

Completely disgusted. Tried to scam my (older) husband with a "repair" 5 times what was discussed. Browbeat him over a service fee for "revised" estimate. I see other similar stories on BBB

Supposed to be 24/7 emergency service as advertised in phone book big letters available now called Sunday told electrician on vacation would be back on Tuesday I didn't have heat since Saturday on the coldest weekend and could care less about his vacation so. False advertising

After panicking over no electricity I called and spoke to Donna she was very polite. She sent out Richard within 30mins. He knew exactly what I needed and went out of his way to find a main breaker that isn't made anymore but he did it! He fixed it and left. Within 20mins that breaker blew. I was scared and in fear of it catching fire. Donna sent Richard right back to my house. He took the time to do everything possible to fix it but the breaker was bad so it was looking bad for me. After about 10 mins it looked like I might need a new breaker panel, needless to say I started to get upset. I'm a recent widow and have bone cancer with rods and tissue damage so I'm on a fixed income so the thought of over $2000 just wasn't an option for me. So after doing all he could he remembered he might know where to get the breaker in the shop and went to find it. He did but couldn't promise it would still work as again my panel is older. So he put it in . It worked!!! Richard thank you for caring about me and going ABOVE AND BEYOND for me your kind and can't thank you enough for everything you did even as other breakers kept tripping you continued to do what you could. Your an amazing Electrician and your customer service skills are GREAT!!! A1 Service!!!!!

After some research, recommendations and careful consideration I decided to try ElectricQuest. By far One of the best companies I have dealt with since relocating. After scheduling an appointment the preday, Richard arrived promptly, replaced the panel for our home and installed a new fan. He even Cleaned up after himself, if he even made a mess, I really couldn’t tell. Im so happy to have a working fan again and it was All reasonably priced and such a friendly electrician. I would highly recommend this company. I am so happy with the work provided that I’m going to have the coolquest portion of the company service the ac as well! All in all I am So happy to have finally found a company with friendly office staff and knowledgeable service technicians that really seem to care about the customer!

I had a portable generator to hook up to a transfer switch and a wall receptacle. ElectricQuest answered my phone call immediately and came by the same day and give me a very fair estimate. The electrician, Larry, didn’t try to sell me a job that he was hoping to retire from as a previous electrician.

Instead of running EMT over the back wall of my house he ran the line in a much more aesthetic way. That caused him to crawl around in my LOW attic to make the job look PERFECT.

As Larry was finishing up the work that was estimated I asked if he could do “a few extra things” while he was here. He went ahead and fixed other wiring issues where existing wiring was not up to code and ground wires that were unsightly. Larry spent at least an extra hour and didn’t ask for a penny more than the very fair original estimate that did not include the “few extra things””.

I highly recommend ElectricQuest! So nice to see true professionals in an area where you have to scrutinize contractors. I will hire them again If I need any other work done.

On 6/12/2019 I needed an electrician. It was late at night and at the last minute. I had no power and I had my kids in the house. Electric Quest send a technician. His name was Richard. I did not get his last name. He travelled a long distance. His service was outstanding. He was friendly, courteous and honest. He made sure that I went with him when he pulled the meter to diagnose my problem. He wanted me to see what he found as well as explain to me what his findings were. I asked for a written, detailed explanation of what the problem was and what caused it. I got exactly what I asked for.
I would not hesitate to use Electric Quest in the future as well as recommend them to others in need.

I also need to mention the Office Staff. I was getting ready to put together a claim for Duke Energy. I found out I had spilled something on my receipt, which made it illegible. I called Rich. He said to just call the office and one of the girls would be glad to help. Faith handled my request. It was not routine, due to e-mail complications. I got what I needed. Faith was very helpful and patient, in spite of my repeated calls.

Richard and Larry upgraded my 100amp service to 200amp, new meter box and new grounding system. Professional and clean. Very pleased. Rich came back and ran some new lines in attic to some appliances, again very pleased. Definitely would recommend.

Richard really knows his stuff and he is such a pleasure to work with! He deserves a ten star rating! Richard examined our electrical box etc to be sure all were safe. He troubleshot and repaired a broken switch, installed two GFIs and a home surge protector in the electric box and we hope to have him back to convert our kitchen fluorescents to LEDs. Thank you for a job well done! We are satisfied customers and would highly recommend Richard for any type of electrical work.

There's an electrician named Richard that works here. I can say that he is welcomed to do anything at my home when the project comes available due to his professionalism, honesty, he is very nice, knowledgeable about what he's doing, and he'll go above and beyond what is called for to see that the job is done right!
