I used Steves 12 years ago for my first ac i was beyond pleased with the service that when I needed new ac and duct work I felt no need to call around I knew that I would be treated right with Steves 12 years ago the guys that came out were amazing they were very understanding to my then 2year old trying to ask millions of questions as I tried to keep him from bothering them they said it is fine he is just curious and the entertainerd his questions they had him help with handing things and carrying small trash like tape and what not now 2021 i called again and the service is if not the same is better the lady that answers the phone is so kind and has a great phone voice the gentlemen that came to my home for the estimates were just as amazing as i would have expected I cant say if the are the cheapest because I did not call around for estimates but I can guarantee they are the best at customer service and not just a one time deal customer service that has been great for at least 12 years if they are still in business when I need another ac I will without hesitation call them again

I called and was greeted by friendly office personnel. I got an appointment right away and although they were unable to provide services for my needs, the tech was very friendly and honest. I would recommend them.

We have been using this company for over 30 years. Highly recommend. They come quickly when you have an emergency and are reasonable. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Family and friends use them also. Very reputable!

I bought an HVAC system from Steve’s and had to have them out about 5 times because it repeatedly stopped working. I told them it was a lemon. The manager or owner told me that I had done something wrong to it each time.
After the year warranty on labor was over, they came out and told me it was a lemon!
I HAD TO PAY $200 FOR LABOR!

Highly recommended, fixed what needed to be fixed. Didn't try to force me to purchase something I did not need or could not afford. I would not hesitate to call them again. Their employee Adam was great! I will definitely ask for him again if I need help

At least call them. Our appraisal was less than the three other companies we called. They installed a 3 ton Rheme w/ air exchanger and they did a bunch of duct repair for us. The truck got here on time and the guys didn’t leave a mess at all when they left. I’m typing this in a home that is 10°- 15° cooler than it was two days ago and my compressor isn’t running all the time. Yay!

My first experience with Steve`s was in 2021 after moving here, my unit started having a problem maintaining its set temp. service techs showed up when promised and informed me there was a leak in the condenser, they ordered a new one, returned in record time to replace it, a year later our building needed a new roof, the roofer hired their own A/C company to raise the unit off the roof to complete they`re job, it was down hill from there, unit shut down three times in three weeks, Steve`s got the call for a second opinion, the video they showed me was appalling, a screw had been run thru the condenser, and they tried to patch it! Steve`s to the rescue! new condenser

Needed a whole new unit put in, and from the very first call, to the installation process, and after, I am beyond pleased with their wonderful customer service and care. I would absolutely recommend this company!! So happy to have a working AC again!

Left a message with the office the tech called me back within the hour was at my house 15 minutes later got my ac working again. More than competitive price very informative and helpful without trying to sell me on anything. I will definitely call Steve's next time I need ac work. Thanks Adam you do a great job.
