Millian Aire AC & Heating technicians always do a fantastic job! Today's visit was no different - Jack was thorough and performed maintenance on both of our A/C systems. Very courteous, timely and knowledgeable. No surprises. Great job!

Chase was here yesterday to check out why we were getting water on the air return filter and in the overflow line shutting off our system. He investigated thoroughly and found that the system had been set to run only at 50%, resulting in the excess condensation. He checked the other units as well and found the same problem. He re-set all the units and we can tell the difference! He provided excellent service!

Millian Aire installed a new AC for me a few years ago, and I have them continue to handle the regular service/cleaning. Walter came today and was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work. — update, had them out again for a checkup, and still a top-notch company.

They have installed a brand new unit at my personal house. They come out twice a year to inspect their machines. Most recently, they came out to my office to help with a broken unit and it was fixed within 30 minutes. A+

I’m a new customer of Millian Aire. One of their technicians, Josh, has come out on two separate occasions to install UV lights and an automatic vinegar injector for the drain pan.

Josh has been highly professional and thorough each time he’s come out. I really appreciate the high standards of quality workmanship he holds himself to. Josh has also been very kind in answering all my questions about all the components he’s installing, and clearly explaining how each of those components work. His willingness to educate me throughout the process elevates a great experience into an exceptional one.

My AC decided to stop working in the hottest season of the year. I contacted Millan Aire talked to their AI answering service Dane, he scheduled the appointment. First Technician to arrive was Joey, he did everything to diagnose the unit, finally he had the unit cooling again, but not for long. The next day one of Millan Aire supervisor Allisen came to continue working with the unit until it was cooling again.Both of them were very professional, courteous, and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. Now my home is cool and comfortable again. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail, Millan Aire provides reliable service. Highly recommend them for any AC repair needs!

Horrible company and service members. Every single time they send a representative they keep setting the system so that nobody at the residence can even adjust the temperature at any point in time therefore making them a useless waste of time and money company

My 6 month maintenance Joey came on time.Finished the job very pleasant to work with.

They replaced my mothers capacitor that was still under warranty for $400 which is on the high side even if you include the parts. I am a property manager and have had to replace several capacitors over the past few years - The most I have paid was $225. This is by far the most I have ever paid - especially for replacement of a capacitor still under warranty. When I questioned him he said well we have to pay for gas and for the girl to file the warranty paperwork! Worst part about it was he had already done the work. My other is older and I really feel like he took advantage of the situation. Unless you are a Millionaire, I would not call Millian Aire AC!

Victor, Technician, was knowledgeable and very professional. He definitely took pride in his work. He found a leak on the exterior duct and hopefully this is the answer to the issue that caused mold on our garage wall and on the surface of the air handler. He was here late and well past working hour to ensure we were taken cared of.

Had our 2nd checkup for the year with Jack. He was polite, said unit was working as it should. We were supposed to have A/C vets fogged as part of our maintenance plan. But he didn’t have a fogger with him. Is to be done next time.
