Having had a few occasions to use Diamond Electric th past year I've found them (Emmitt) to be honest, thorough & professional. Most importantly, consultative in discussing an issue one may have prior to coming out in an attempt to prevent assessing a customer an hourly fee that may not be necessary.

Emmante came to do estimate 9/5/2019. Sent me estimate by email on 9/6/2019. I accepted his offer on line, but never responds to phone calls to discuss. Agreement to do work on 9/12 confirmed by his office, with an email. I emailed back a couple of days later to confirm what time workers will arrive in my house and how long work will take. I received email confirmation that work will start at 830 on 9/12. I took off entire day of 9/12 to be at home for the electrical work. At 930, no workers came. Emailed his office again to find out why workers are late....... A response by email just said “work will not be done in my house, and Emmante sent his people to do another project instead” I told them this was unacceptable, unprofessional and dishonest. For a homeowner to be told to take off from work, so someone can be home during the electrical project, and then Di mond unilaterally did not show up for the project, without informing customer, is proof of dishonesty and unethical behavior This company should be banned from angies list. This company will be reported to the BBB and his license need to be revoked All transactions, emails with this company have been saved and will act as proof!

Di’Mond Electric completed my daughter’s whole house rewire. The project took two weeks. Di’Mond replaced everything to code which required new (additional) outlets, switches, wires, smoke detectors, service panel and a whole house surge protector. Wayne, the electrician, was always helpful, professional and willing to answer any questions we had. Di’Mond was willing to work with us paying with a credit card and in three installments. We can highly recommended Di’Mond Electric!

Emmet is a no nonsense get-the-job done professional. He has done work at my house as has one of his teams. In both instances he provided a fair estimate that didn't change. The work was done efficiently and cleanly. The Di'mond folks were friendly and knowledgeable answering any and all questions. I can't say enough about this company. Di’Mond is a really good and responsible electrical services company, well run and reliable. I have experience with them solving problems at home and taking care of projects at rental units. They are always thinking and considering the gravity of their work. And they always are happy and fun to have visit. Always on time, happy to say I’ve worked with them for years and they always do great work.
