Reviews of local pros in Indian Shores, Florida

Kevin was very responsive to our quote request, on time and did a great job with all the paint overspray on our new construction! Fair price and very conscientious. I would highly recommend. Norm

Kevin was very prompt and exceeded our expectations. Would hire him again

Highly recommend Vista. Especially for HOA's as their pricing and ability to deliver cleaning a large amount of units was better than competitive bidders.

Kevin came to our home yesterday to clean the inside and outside of our windows. He arrived promptly on time. He did such a great job! Our windows are so sparkly clean, my husband commented that the house is actually brighter. I would highly recommend Kevin for his punctuality, details to work, and for his professionalism.

Amazing job!! Kevin is the best, he did my windows last week and the service was exceptional. Would recommend to anyone.

Kevin was great and does awesome work! Timely, affordable, and I LOVE the their cool vintage blue truck! Would recommend Vista!!

Kevin was absolutely amazing! He was professional, friendly, and clearly takes great pride in his work. My windows have never looked this clean — they sparkle inside and out! Kevin arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before he left. It’s rare to find someone who delivers both excellent service and genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend Vista Window Cleaning to anyone looking for top-quality results and outstanding professionalism.

Kevin did an amazing job on my windows and sliding glass doors. My windows had a bad build up from sprinklers constantly hitting them, he worked hard and got them sparkling clean! Thanks Vista!

Kevin and team were amazing! We were so genuinely amazed at not only the professionalism of Vista but also the technology. When I think of window cleaning, I will always be reaching out to Vista for our needs

Wowsa!!! What an amazing way to start the new year- whole house window cleaning inside and out! I highly recommend Kevin's excellent window cleaning service as you may feel like you have a completely new home if yours is anything like mine. I keep my house nice, but I live on a relatively busy street and didn't realize how immensely that had affected the windows. He does an extremely thorough a job, following up the main cleaning with deep detailing and now I feel like I have a whole new home, thank you so very much!

Our experience with Vista was incredible! Kevin was efficient & made our windows sparkly in no time. Will be hiring Vista again for sure! Here’s some before and after photos of the windows!

Rob’s attention to detail and knowledge of the construction process is second to none!! Communication was excellent and you don’t have to worry about your project dragging out. That’s rare these days. Absolute top notch!!!

The attention to detail on every build is unparalleled to other builders. Lord General Contractors goes above and beyond for every customer, perfecting each custom build.

Lord Contracting Services are second to none.
Mr. Lord is a hard working, honest, very knowledgeable, and supportive for his client.
I would recommend him to anybody.
Great Job Sir...🤜🤛👍👌

“It’s been about four months since we moved into our fabulous new custom home, and we both have to say we absolutely love it! At our very first meeting you explained your high standards of building only “quality custom homes”, yet I don’t think we realized exactly what that meant, until the house was completely done. No detail was overlooked, no request denied, and it definitely shows now that the house is done. We really are thankful that we choose Lord General Contractors to make our dream home a reality.”
“Going into the whole process, we were apprehensive, as I am sure most people would be, but along the way you seemed to turn that apprehension into excitement. The fact that we chose to design and build a complete custom home that no one has built before was also a concern, but with your knowledge of construction and our design input our home turned out better than we ever dreamed.” “Every sub-contractor that worked on our home did an outstanding job and we could not be happier with their work. They were professional, polite, and even made a few great suggestions along the way. They were also receptive to any changes that we made, and as you know, there were quite a few that made the home even more spectacular.” “You definitely have our sincerest thanks and we will be recommending you in the future. You do an outstanding job of treating your customers not like a number, but like a friend and in this day and age that is a rare find. Keep up the great work!!”

I had reached out to Robert Lord to inquire about their procedures on a new construction project we had in mind, and he went above and beyond explaining everything. I was amazed at how much time he shared with me (as is not the case with various other custom builders I had previously contacted) and he was super patient answering all my detailed questions, very kind and warm.

Having worked with Lord General Contractors for almost 20 years we are glad to recommend them to architects and homeowners and can assure them of Lord GC’s history of completing homes within agreed upon time frames and with 100% customer satisfaction.
