Courteous, professional, and knowledgable. I have been using phase one electric for a few years and they are the best around. They are legitimate electricians. Don't trust some of the big electrical companies, They send green inexperienced workers doing the jobs. Phase one is one of the few with integrity and years of experience. There's nothing these guys can't do.

If you want over-billed on ever service call, my opinion is that this is a great company; but then again you are paying to be taken advantage of now. They will over-bill you and look to take advantage of you. Every 15, 20, or 30 minute service call was billed for an hour. We spent hours dealing with the harassment. But worse was that the times they billed us were the worst, the worst was them fixing an “issue” they said they had already fixed. Be cautious.
