Cracked a mirror cleaning the carpet. Cleaning the tile caused permanent damage to stainless steel kitchen appliances and water damage along baseboards. Despite normal procedures in tile cleaning, Love chose instead to dump excessive amounts of water and then wait to wet vacuum it up. Additionally the cleaning agent was allowed to splash on appliances, which cause permanent pitting/corrosive damage to all stainless appliances.

Herbert came to our house and cleaned a couch we bought at a consignment shop and we absolutely LOVE how it turned out! After the cleaning, it honestly looked brand new and we couldn't be more thrilled. The couch dried in less than 24 hours and the bad odor completely vanished. He was so wonderful to work with and we are so happy we went through his cleaning service.
