Julian and the team were fantastic to work with! After moving into our new home in Jacksonville Beach, we discovered that the HVAC system needed some improvements. The air conditioning kept the upstairs cool, but the downstairs felt damp and uncomfortable, especially with Florida’s hot and humid weather. Julian recommended adding a whole-house dehumidifier and an air exchanger to help balance the temperature and reduce humidity. We noticed a big improvement right away—the air feels fresher and the downstairs is now comfortable, without that musty smell we used to have. The temperature throughout all levels of the house is now consistent, usually within just a degree or so, which is a huge upgrade from before. We also love the new smart thermostat; it looks modern and helps us control our HVAC system easily. The installation process was smooth, quick, and handled professionally. When there was a small issue with another piece of equipment, Julian sorted it out right away and made sure everything was perfect. It’s great to have a local HVAC company that truly stands by their work. We’ve already signed up for their annual maintenance plan and are glad to have them taking care of our heating and cooling needs!
