Tree reviews in Jacksonville Beach, Florida

Used Best Tree Company today for the first time. Jay and his crew did an outstanding job trimming and cutting several trees in my yard. All debris was cut and stacked for pick up by the yard waste Company. My yard was left immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this company. Pricing was fair and the crew was a joy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I got three estimates on trimming the trees in my yard and I had the best price from Best Tree Service. It was a big job and it took several days and they did an absolutely amazing job. Every day they left the yard was perfectly clean and organize driveway was blown off. The owner came by every day to make sure of the progress and the caliber of the work. So pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Jay and his team did an amazing job!! We had 13 palm trees, some really tall & they cleared everything in addition to hauling all the debris away for us, which was a lot! Jay offered his professional opinion on some overgrown shrubs & after his work, our backyard looks so much bigger & cleaner. Highly, highly recommend!!

Jay and his crew are always super thorough and efficient. I’ve had them out several times and each time I have been provided with a reasonable estimate and time frame. A dependable team who do a great job!

This company is fantastic. They came out the same day I called to give me a quote.
We had Jay and his crew straighten a very large tree for us, it was a pretty involved situation.
THEY CAME ON TIME,WERE VERY CAREFUL,AND CLEANED THE SITE THOROUGHLY.
WE WILL USE THEM FOR OTHER LANDSCAPE PROJECTS.

I would highly recommend Best Tree!! Jay and his crew are very professional, honest, do exactly what they promise and I couldn’t be happier with the work that they did in my yard. I will recommend them to everyone I know!! Thanks Jay; will see you and your team again this fall to winterize the plants and trees in my yard!! 😊

Jay and crew did a great job in helping us to get rid of poison ivy/oak from our two large oak trees and trimming some dead limbs out of the trees. They took every caution to not tear up the yard while maneuvering the equipment to the fenced back yard. After trimming the trees they spent a good amount of time cleaning up the yard. Very pleased with the results and they were a delight to work with.

I had removed a tree in our front yard and wanted to replace it with a palm as soon as possible so I wouldn't have a hole in my yard for weeks. Jay responded to my email within a few hours and was able to come and install it the next day. He picked it up from the nursery and came and installed it in under an hour. Great experience and fair price. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Jay and crew were amenable to tackling all of the overgrowth, vines, and general nastiness of summer in Florida with professionalism, courtesy, aplomb, and efficiency. Perhaps Southern Living will take notice and feature my now lovely environs in a future issue!

Jay and his team are fantastic. Great service, great communication and fair, transparent pricing. They did an awesome job trimming my two Royal palm trees (with diamond) cut and 3 washingtonian palms. They also replaced all of the wood caps on my bulkhead. I would recommend Best Tree and Landscaping for all of your landscaping needs!

They showed up on time, sent pictures of their progress to me while they worked (since I wasn't at home during the service) then they cleaned up all the mess and left. When I got home I could hardly tell they had been there other than my trees were not touching my roofline anymore. Hopefully my homeowners insurance will finally be happy!

Easy to work with, efficient and the job was done in less than a week. Highly recommend Jay and his team.

Jay at Best Tree was so easy to work with and he and his team did an excellent job! He worked with us to get scheduled quickly and without impact to our office parking. At our home they did a great job as well with no impact to our lawn despite working with large oak trees. They removed the debris in a timely manner even with thunderstorms. We look forward to working with you again, Jay! Thank you!

I can’t speak more highly about Jay and Best Tree and Landscaping. Jay was easy to communicate with, fast to respond and an all-out professional. The crew showed up early and completed the task in record time with minimal impact to the rest of my yard - no easy task considering the height a build of the tree they worked on! Definitely one to recommend for all your tree and landscape needs

Quality and fast service, Jay and his team did a great job from tree trimming to tree removal and heavy landscaping and mulching. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced.

They kept me up to date on when they were coming and they showed up on time. Did a tremendous job in trimming my trees. Had a very good crew who each had their own job and knew it very well. The crew was very nice and polite. Their price was very reasonable with the price. Out of the 4 prices I received they were the cheapest. Did a superb job in cleaning the area when they were finished.

Best Tree and Landscaping company is well equipped with maintained tools and machinery
But what is most impressive is the team not only performing but in attitude of kindness from the first phone call, shaking hands, performing tasks on premise and at end leaving a customer with satisfaction of great job donne
Would recommend Jay to any one in need of diverse/complex landscaping project
His calm will instill confidence

Jay and his crew did some tree removal and palm tree trimming for us in the east Arlington area of Jacksonville. They were prompt, fairly priced and did a great job.

Right off the bat, I was totally impressed with Best Trees entire team. From how they unloaded to setting up their equipment. Once they got to work it took them less that 1.4 hrs to trim 7 tall palms.

A very responsive team, from first contact thru to sweeping up, I needed a tree stump removed; got quick appointment and good service—fine equipment and technician. Thanks Best Tree team

Jay and his crew are people of their word. I can’t thank them enough for the great job. I was really impressed when I paid them the full amount due before the completed clean up was finished and they are men of their word and came back early the very next morning on a Saturday to finish up the clean up. I can’t thank them enough I highly recommend them. I needed the trees cut off my house and they did that and more. Both trees were touching my roof but not anymore 😄 Now I can go to the next step and pressure wash and I’ll be brand new. His crew worked diligently and tirelessly to complete all that was asked of them. I highly recommend them. I didn’t show everything they did just the two huge trees. They did much more and made me very happy. Thank you again Jay.
