About the business:

If you're dealing with a broken refrigerator or a washer that won't spin, let me tell you about a local gem right here in Jacksonville — Brackridge Appliance Repair. Founded in 2014, this small, locally-owned business has been quietly becoming the go-to appliance repair service for neighbors across the area. What sets them apart isn't just their technical know-how — it's the genuine care they put into every single job. They treat your home like their own, showing up on time and taking the time to explain exactly what's going on with your appliance.

What I love most about Brackridge Appliance Repair is that you're never just a ticket number to them. Manager David and the team bring a personal, hands-on approach that's hard to find these days. Whether it's a quick fix or a more involved repair, they make sure you feel confident and taken care of from start to finish. If a friend asked me who to call for appliance repair in Jacksonville, I wouldn't hesitate for a second — Brackridge is the real deal, and your appliances are in great hands.
