Bill came and fixed my Glass cooktop...charged $149...very fair. When he realized the Glass top did not come with gasket, he scheduled to come back with a gasket at NO CHARGE...to fix it right!!! thanks for going the extra mile!!!

Bill replaced my Kitchen Aid refrigerator door when it was under warrantee a couple of years ago. I called him last week when my refrigerator was making a very loud noise. Bill's first thought was that my freezer was causing the issue due to the fan freezing up. He suggested I remove everything, leave freezer door open to thaw and turn back on after 24hrs. His advice was spot on! No more noise! My refridge is no longer under warrantee, so Bill just saved me a lot of money! He followed up with me the next day, he's very professional, and willing to help even though he didn't make any money. He will be the one I call if anything else happens! Thanks Bill
