Constraction reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

This company is definitely well ran. The knowledge skills and integrity of their sales and service team is impeccable. I trust this company to handle large scale projects dealing with any part of my facilities HVAC system.

We have been using Brooks Solutions on our Federal projects for several years now. I would like to commend their entire staff on their level of professionalism, and product knowledge. We are beyond pleased with with their efficiency and responsiveness while performing installations and warranty work on our many and diverse projects. We would highly recommend Brooks Solutions for any of your Commercial or Industrial needs.

Brooks building solutions has been outstanding on our projects. To date we have had 3 major projects completed by Brooks and we couldn't have asked for a better contractor. The staff and technicians are very knowledgable and they have a culture at Brooks that is conducive to a positive customer experience. They are definitely #1 in my book.

I have used BBS for multiple projects on our facility. The experience has been 5 star in sales, service and service after the sale. This organization operates with a high level of integrity and dependability. I can in good conscience recommend BBS for all mechanical and control related issues pertaining to facilities. My points of contact have been Stewart G., Tom M. and Roy. They will either answer on the second ring or call you right back. They ask great questions prior to your service call to insure they send out the right person and get right to a solution. When I have issues with my HVAC or Controls, this is my first call.

Awesome Service!!! I would highly recommend this company.
