Fire Damage Restoration reviews in Jacksonville, Florida

Marc responded quickly to my request for a quote on our home addition. He was professional and thorough at our appointment. I highly recommend this construction company.

We were very happy with the work done by the First Coast Contracting team. They were friendly and efficient, able to get work started quickly after receiving the estimate. Everything was clearly explained and the work was done as expected. Would recommend this company for water damage repair needs.

If you have the unfortunate experience of having water damage, look no further than First Coast Contracting, I had a toilet leak on the 2nd floor that damaged my ceiling below. Contacted them on a Sunday and within 1 hour had a response from Marc and within 2 hours Ray was at my house. They addressed the issue quickly and dried everything out before additional damage could occur or mold could grow thus saving me $$$. Their pricing was upfront and extremely fair and also much less than the large national companies. Ray also stuck to the original estimate and checked on the status on site personally each day, Highly recommend FCC!

A summer storm caused a significant amount of damage to the roof, eves and front of our house. Lightning hit a tree causing the damage. It was a mess and frankly, we weren’t entirely prepared to deal with the clean up and repairs.

The first call was to our insurance company who sent an agency to mitigate the damage. But we were left to try to figure out the rest of it. Another frustrated call to the insurance company provided a contact to a contractor which proved to be a blessing.

First Coast Contractors arrived; then reviewed and supplied scope of work to do the restoration. I had heard stories about contractors before, so I admit to being skeptical. However, the professionalism, knowledge and demeanor Ray Nagy and his team demonstrated set my concerns aside.

After signing a contract, they were on the project of restoring our house. Any question I had was promptly answered. When they set a date to be here to work, they were here to work. As a woman, I truly appreciated that. I NEVER felt that I was getting lip service.

As with any construction job, with lots of moving parts, issues arise. And there were with this project. However, they were quickly addressed, resolved and the project advanced.

When they were examining the hole in our bedroom ceiling, they were frank in telling me that they might not be able to match the existing plaster job which is old school 1970’s high profile. Also, the original plan was to remove the wall paper and paint the wall due to the proximity of the hole to the front window. I like the wall paper and it would be impossible to match. Their guys did an outstanding job. You can’t even tell there was ever a hole there. And the wallpaper was unscathed.

The job site was always orderly and crews were respectful. I fully recommend First Coast Contractors. They did a great job. Our home looks great, you’d never be able to tell there was so much damage.

They were so accommodating to work around my busy schedule, and addressed any concerns I had along the way promptly. End result was great. Will be hiring again for future projects.

Christina is amazing. She is professional and did an outstanding job for us. I highly recommend her and First Coast Contracting.

I had the pleasure of working with Riley at First Coast Contracting, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Riley’s professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire project.

From the initial consultation to the final result, Riley’s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. The project was completed on time and within budget, exceeding my expectations.

I highly recommend First Coast Contracting, and I can’t thank Riley enough for making this project a success. If you’re looking for top-notch service and quality workmanship, look no further!

Thank you, Riley, and the entire First Coast Contracting team!

Amazing company to work with!!! All people I worked with were great. The owners Ray and Jason were on top of everything and followed up with all completion of work after my house was hit by lightening. They were professional, caring and full of integrity. Aaron was the gentleman who did all my repairs to the damage from the lightning. Aaron is the most gentle, kind, caring, funny, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, full of ethics and morals worker I have ever delt with when I needed repairs on my house. I will refer this company to all the people I know that need a general contractor. I will never use another company again. Thank you all for the amazing job and making my house alive again. YOU ROCK!

Marc at 1st Coast Contracting did an amazing job inspecting and locating the source of water leak for my condo! He is extremely knowledgeable and provided professional expertise to what repairs needed to be done. We look forward to working with him and his team on more projects in the future.

First Coast Contracting did a wonderful job on my home renovation project. There was great communication. Marc came originally to go over everything and was very thorough. The estimate I received from Riley was extremely detailed and helpful. Clovis came to install my pendant lights and was amazing. I even lost a piece of hardware light and he helped me search all over for it (we finally found it thankfully). Their rates were reasonable. Overall, a great experience. Very happy with their service and will plan to use them for future projects. Thank you, First Coast!
