Every so often you find just the right person for a job. After deciding to build a 650+ sq ft addition onto my 100year old cottage in San Marco, I found such a person in Mike Braniff of River City General Contractors Inc.
From start to finish Mike was readily available for questions, and communication was never an issue. Potential cost overruns were discussed before they took place and money saving options were offered at various times during the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule and went from groundbreaking to final inspectoon in just over 3 months.
I was very pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by his work crews and technicians. When there were potential service interruptions they would always proceed only after they ensured the outage would create minimal impact for me. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely use this company again. Good job guys!
