They did not do their research, the inspection was inaccurate. They didn't even send a combined report, they attached a ton of pictures to an email and called it an inspection. I would not recommend them.

This company may be operating unethically. One man does inspections, another lady does reports but only Mike Leggett’s name is mentioned. This company is outdated, they inspect one day then you wait until the report is completed to receive it along with way too many pictures that are uploaded to an email. This is 2022 and there is software for that instead of jamming up an email.

This man did a 4 point inspection of my rental property roof which was replaced by a professional roofer. His findings: "shingles were not properly installed". I had another roofer check it and said it was done properly. When I called for more information, they could not give me an answer to what exactly was wrong. The woman got an attitude with me and said "I'm not gonna argue with you"....and hung up on me. These people know NOTHING about roofing and are basing their opinion on what the tenant in the house is telling them because he didn't like the roofer personally. I wasted $110 dealing with these idiots. And I still am unable to get homeowners insurance because of them. BEWARE!
