Porter Smith, the owner of WhiteCaps Pool Services is amazing! I was having an issue with changing my pool pump to operate 24/7 during the recent cold snap to alleviate any freezing issues....I called him at 6:00 PM one very cold evening and asked for his help....he came immediately to take care of the situation...it was cold and dark but that didn't deter him... he took care of it like the PRO he is.....I cant thank Porter enough for the outstanding service he provided... giving me peace of mind knowing I wouldnt have any problems...I highly recommend Porter and his company for any and all your pool services....outstanding customer service....thank you again Porter

They did a wonderful job. My only complaint is they were two and a half hours late! Scheduled time was 0800 and I had to contact them to find out when they would arrive. I was given no explanation as to why they were late. Punctuality is part of professionalism

Contacted GrimePro for an estimate on Saturday and job was done on Monday! The house and all surrounding concrete came out better than I expected. The guys did a great job!

My concrete was BLACK; and now it's hard to look at without sunglasses on. I love my pressure wash. Gary and Joshua were great and fun to work with.

They also DIDN'T take advantage of me either. I wanted my roof washed and they told me;
"NO! I can't take your money; you don't need it yet!" Thanks for the savings!
