We are so pleased with the work Jacksonville Softwash has done for us. Our birdcage over our pool was green from years of pollen build up and now it looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this company. I have used them for two years now to power wash the house and clean the windows. They arrived on time, were courteous, great attention to detail and even washed our lanei and pool furniture which was not expected. Chris even pointed out a problem with one of our windows and took a picture of it so we could have it repaired. Shannon was very personable and I enjoyed getting to know her. Pricing was comparable with other companies that do this work. Definitely a five star service.

We have used Jacksonville Softwash three times now, twice for driveway, sidewalks and house and once for our roof. Each time they have done a fantastic job and we will continue to use them to keep our property looking beautiful. We can’t recommend these guys enough! Over the years, I’ve had good results with a couple of house cleaning companies—so much so that I used two of them repeatedly.

This year, a good friend told me about Jacksonville Softwash.

I got three estimates and found that Softwash was approximately $75 more expensive. I asked my friend if the extra cost was worth it, considering we had both used the other cleaners before. His answer? “Absolutely.”

Based on his recommendation, I went with Softwash—and wow, he was right. They cleaned several areas that previous companies couldn’t, and even the Mud Dauber nest stains came out about 80%. We also had the windows cleaned, including the frames and tracks inside and out, and I honestly don’t remember them ever looking this clean.

Next time, I won’t bother with competitive bids. I’ll just call Softwash and get on their schedule.

Every time we have employed Jacksonville Softwash to do work around our home they continually amaze us with the quality of their work and the extras they perform for no charge. Previously they cleaned our pool deck, driveway and sidewalks and did a superior job (adding in some extras like walls and intricate deck furniture cleaning). This time it was even more fantastic. We hired them to clean the entire outside walls and windows of our home along with our patio (deck, walls, ceiling and screens). Now our home simply sparkles, it’s so clean. We were sure we needed to have our gutters and garage door painted, but not any more; they look beautiful. Some of the extras thrown in at no cost were some roof cleaning where mildew was starting to form, white vinyl fence cleaning, making our small storage shed look new again, and doing an utterly superb job of cleaning the pool and AC equipment area (it was a mess). Needless to say, I highly recommend Jacksonville Softwash.

I can not tell you enough how happy you will be after you hire Chris!!! I actually came home and cried, my house was so beautiful!!! I really thought we were going to have to repaint, and replace all of the under siding due to the condition everything was in!

Chris and Shannon are absolute wonders at their job! Not only do they do a phenomenal job at cleaning but the experience of dealing with them is great. They are kind and thorough, punctual and efficient. Shannon keeps you up to date with the whole process and Chris comes in and gets right to it!
