Our experience with Jax Pro Pressure Washing was a total nightmare. Travis sent someone out to do a "soft wash" on our home, but we were left with streaks and black marks all over our house. Travis came out to look at the job and told me that the house was sprayed way too hard with the machine. He made many false promises and wasted a bunch of my time for months, having me get him paint samples, having me get estimates from painters, etc. I missed work waiting on painters he was sending out to fix the job that never showed up. In the end, he did nothing to rectify the situation. Jax Pro does not carry the proper insurance to coverage negligence if the job is done incorrectly like what we experienced. Travis, I have zero reason to believe that you are going to make this right at this point, if you were going to do that you would have already done something about it long ago. Why would I waste my time all over again when you lied and strung me along for so long?

Travis did an excellent job and he put items back in place. He did before and after pictures. I recommend him and would use his services again.

I will definitely be using this company again! I was trying to schedule for someone to come out to our house during my work hours and was only available by text. I received a text from Travis right away, as soon as I requested a quote online. He was able to schedule me for the next day! He also was able to come to my house without anyone having to be there. I was able to pay him via Venmo (he also gave other payment options). They did such a good job and he even sent me photos when they were done. When we got home it looked even better than the pictures. They were able to get all the grime off our chimney and deck. And the sidewalks/driveways look great! Super happy with them and the price was so reasonable.

Called multiple 5 star gutter cleaning companies after I had about 20 trees down there was a lot of debris left on the roof from the tree removal company.
