Phenomenal customer service and exceptional service!!!!

I will not use any other cleaning company in the Jacksonville area. If asked by any colleague, I will emphatically recommend Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the way my House Looks. Omg Rita did an Amazing job I was so Happy with the Quality of work that she did I booked cleaning every 3 months for the next Year. I’m so Thankful for the the way my house looks not to mention My Fridge & Stove look brand new.

Working with Ashley to set up my first home cleaning was a joy. Then to have Paula and Brianna come into my home with kindness and professionalism! They addressed concerns about COVID19 right of the bat and protected me and themselves! PLUS My home is SPOTLESS!

I’ve used other cleaning services in the past. But none have given the quality of service that Phoenix Cleaning does, they are prompt ,they are courteous ,they go over everything with you before and after. Ashley sends an excellent team to your house I highly recommend them

Complete thieves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! This cleaning company was used to clean a property that the owner host. However, one of the employees cleaned the home that my family and I was at. We left 7k on the couch in a baby bag. The money was left on accident being that we tried to get out of the cleaners way while she clean. There was only ONE cleaner!! Instead of the employee calling and reporting that the bag was left she kept the money and act as if she never found it. We made a police report because we had pictures that the money was there but of course the owner and the employee are in cahoots together. There’s no way I would ever hire anyone who steals from my guest being a business owner. I DO NOT recommend this cleaning service to anyone unless you have nothing valuable in your home.

I had a wonderful experience using Phoenix Deluxe cleaning! I am so glad I saw their page on FB. Being a busy mom and having a rough couple of weeks, this came right on time. Just as the slogan says who has time to clean? Well they do! And.. a great job at that! Ashley provides awesome customer service for her company! 🧡

I received the Moving Clean service on the home I was moving from and I can't tell you how this cleaning company came in and did such an exceptional job. I had so much going on with closing on a new home that I didn't have the energy for cleaning. Along with excellent customer service from Ms. Ashley, I will definitely be using their services in the future.

Highly recommend!! I have NEVER had my house look and smell this clean!! Paula and Q came in, walked through the house with me, asked what I wanted done in addition to the services I had already paid for, and then gave me even more than I had asked for!! Q has my kitchen organized, and Paula scrubbed my bathroom so well it literally sparkles!! You could eat off the floors!! Ms Ashley is the owner, and I've never dealt with someone so responsive and caring!! She gives you straight answers, and she works with you based on budget and services needed. I won't use anyone else again! EVER! Many, MANY thanks to Ms Ashley, Paula, and Q for making my life much easier and brighter!! See y'all soon!!

We used Phoenix Deluxe this week for a deluxe deep clean. We have used Phoenix Deluxe before and never have been disappointed or had an issue. Our home is so clean and I could not stop smiling when I returned home to see a sparkling, fresh smelling home. Ashley and her team really are superior and I do not plan to use anyone else because they have proven their services to us. Thank you!

i have never had professional help with cleaning before. This business had a Groupon, and for the first time, I took Phoenix Deluxe up on their offer. it was a fantastic experience! I should have chosen the 4 hours of cleaning initially, but opted for the 2hr+2hr. Paula was our "expert" and she was great and pays so much attention to details! Things I don't see. After two visits our home has a new feeling of Clean! I am fitting this most surprisingly affordable service into my budget (beyond excited). I highly recommend that you too choose this "local" small business to help you to achieve that "clean" surroundings feeling too!

I can not shout this loud enough! The leadership and the Team at Phoenix Deluxe Cleaning are TOP RATE. I originally brought them in to help me with my father’s home while he was undergoing cancer treatments. The bi-weekly cleanings continue to WOW us and we look forward to seeing the team. All of the ladies are friendly, compassionate, caring, and trustworthy. After buying a new home, it was time for me to bring the team over for a deep cleaning. They did an amazing job providing a deep clean for the home we just bought. We live out of state and Dixie was very accommodating to set up and complete the home cleaning before we move in! Would highly recommend and will continue to use in the future!!

Doms Carpet Cleaners are very professional, always on time and does an excellent job.

All I can say is, WOW! This is the first time one of these carpet cleaners actually did what they said they were going to do and did it for the price quoted. My carpet looks great. The pet stains and odor are gone. Dom's Carpet Cleaning is the only carpet cleaner I will use.

Dom's Carpet Cleaning is the best. The cleaner was on time and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left. My carpet looks and feels wonderful! They were able to remove the stains. I didn't realize how dirty my carpet was. It is clean now and smells great! Thanks!! I am a customer for life!
