I have had wonderful experiences with Greg Ackerman, who is the regional director of Vanguard Cleaning Systems of NEFL. Greg is responsible, responsive, and committed to his work. This review comes with my high recommendations for Greg's company.

Can't say enough good things about Vanguard and their cleaning services. They are consistently through in their cleaning. The managers follow up monthly to check in. As a business we need to keep our showroom and office neat, clean and tidy and Vanguard helps us achieve this.

Absolutely the BEST service we have used! General office cleaning, heavy-duty floor and grout scrubbing, anything we ask of them (up to and including cleaning out the refrigerators), they do - and they do it very well!

The Vanguard team is personable, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I only have to mention something to Alissa or Woody, and it is taken care of. I no longer feel the need to check behind the cleaning crew - what a relief!

Had an appointment set for today between 12-2, at 145 they still hadn't shown up. I called them and was told they had an emergency. They tried to rescheduled, and I ask why didn't they contact me about needing to change the appointment. The guy on the phone said we are telling you now, we are contacting you know. Dumas I'm the one contacting you. You made no effort to contact me.

Raymond the owner was super fantastic. He did a thorough job cleaning my carpet. Spots that I thought would never come out, his machine sucked them up like a pro. He is THE BEST carpet cleaner in all of Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Trust me on this one and you will not regret it. To add to my pure joy today his prices are unbeatable. He was also friendly and very professional.

Raymond from Epic Cleaning came this week and cleaned all my carpet. The results were Amazing! All stains (some from my dog) were completely removed and the carpet looks like new.
If you are looking for a great carpet cleaner, Epic is by far the best. Raymond was very pleasant, professional and his prices very reasonable.
This is my first review on anything but I wanted to share my positive experience.

Epic Cleaning LLC is AMAZING! Owner came in and did an OUTSTANDING job for a very cheap price. We requested 3 rooms clean and he mastered it all for only $109.00 he also will clean your King mattress for $99. To save yourself sometime from calling other cleaning companies around Jacksonville, when I called all companies told me between $150-$250 just for the king mattress alone. Epic Cleaning LLC had the best prices and great results our carpet is very clean and also smell refreshing! THANK YOU Epic Cleaning LLC we are definitely satisfied customers and will use your services again in the near future!!

Raymond was excellent. He was so positive and polite. This guy was extremely fast and very professional. My place was a two man job but he did my place alone by himself. He came right away. On a Sunday, leaving church. I told him it was an emergency. He didn’t tell me no. He cleaned a sectional and ottoman I purchased off of marketplace. It had a really bad smell of dog odor. He cleaned and deodorized the hell out of it, now I don’t regret purchasing the sectional, all because epic cleaners came through for me and got it together. I will be using this company again to clean my carpet as well. I give this company a 10/10 for promptness, professionalism and overall greatness. I do RECOMMEND!!
