They were amazing! My new rental was not clean when I went to move in, they came to clean within a few hours on New Years Day! And then my movers fell through, I was able to hire Sparkle and Shine last minute to help me with my move. They were punctual and efficient and definitely worth the $! I will be using them again :)

I randomly found this company on internet but boy was I impressed with Misty and Charles. They were so thorough on my move out clean and worked until every bit sparkled! Such kind people too. I tipped $50. And so happy to give money to this very good owner owed business. Just lovely!

I recently used this cleaning service for the first time, and Misty made the entire experience outstanding. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. What truly stood out was her personal touch, she doesn’t make it feel like a business transaction, but more like a family member caring for your home. requested deep cleaning in my home They were to clean two days before I had 25 people gathering at my home
I was quoted $660 for a deep clean and I was told they would be at my home approximately 10 hrs. They arrived around 1:30 and left around 7:30 pm. My family was not home when they left so we inspected the home the following day and found that we really did not get a deep clean worth the $660. I had numerous conversations with the office manager since Michelle was in the hospital and delivering her baby girl. Michelle I believe would have inspected and saw for herself that my house was not cleaned completely but since she was in the hospital there was no one that could inspect the work as they normally would. Michelle impressed me when she come for the estimate appt. She was very business oriented. You got the feeling that she worked very hard at protecting her business and she seemed to want to please her customers. In the end I had to forfeit the 24 hrs to make things right by sending the girls back to correct things.
My schedule did not accommodate their schedule. Here are pictures and some text which went back and forth between me and Tina the office manager until I just said I'm done!!! Everything I complained about, she would respond with excuses or say maybe I did not understand or read all of the information Michelle give me I. A folder, or our girls in training Text and photos to follow. I was told they do not polish furniture but it's stated in the deep clean. I was told they clean where they can reach, and even though they bring a step ladder they did not use it so therefore did not do cabinets over stove and refrigerator. Windows were suppose to be washed on inside. Not all we're done. Floors were dull. I have wood floors, so I need more than a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner squirted on floor from bottle. Smudges and dust remained on windows and seals. It went on and on to no where when trying to resolve this matter. I got Screwed!! At best it was a basic clean for $660. In addition Michelle says she has her girls learning English language, classes Girls do not speak English what so ever. Have to translate in phone.
I was asked to prove my words with pictures so I did. I really thought I would have a good experience but this is not the case.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. They did a phenomenal job deep cleaning my house. I definitely recommend them. If you are looking for someone to clean your house Expert Cleaners is the one. Thank you all so much for making me a happy customer.

These are amazing and dedicated people! Michelle the owner takes an interest! The staff works so hard! Your hard water stains are gone. Your home smells fresh, looks sparkly.

We paid over $1,000 for a subpar construction cleaning from a company that lacks customer service and professionalism. At over $55 an hour per worker, we expected a more thorough cleaning and attention to detail. The day of the estimate I was told by the owner that there would be three workers in my house for 9 hours but instead I got a text 6 hours after working that they had completed the job. Because we were staying with family, and because they were supposed to be working until 10:00 at night, we had not planned to inspect the home the night of the cleaning. The next morning when we arrived home, we found a lot of areas that had not even been touched or that was only partially wiped (ceiling fan still had dust on it, the couch still had construction dust on it, my son's bed was covered in dust and was not even touched, an entire section of my fireplace and laundry room was not even touched, and various places throughout the house that we're not completed thoroughly. See pictures). We paid for the cleaners to take everything out of our cabinets and clean and yet there was still dust on our silverware and plates. When asked for a review through Facebook, I responded with this feedback only to be bombarded with combativeness and rambling communication far from 100% satisfaction guaranteed and customer service. While we understand fine dust settles, our concerns were not addressed and the cleaners were nothing but combative instead of apologetic when given feedback.

Without scheduling a time, they offered to come back to our house to clean the areas they missed. However, we were extremely busy and we're unable to be home in the afternoon. After explaining this to them and letting them know that we would not be home, the cleaners still came to our house and entered our home with our spare key without our permission even after telling them that we would not be home. At no point did we give them permission to come back to our house and to enter our home without us being here. After looking at my phone and realizing they had gotten into our house, my husband called only to receive more rambling combativeness. We are very disappointed with the service we received from Expert Cleaners. With paying that amount of money, we should have received a thorough cleaning service and more.
