If you’re looking for an inconsistent cleaning and constant tardiness or no-show, then this is the company for you. I’ve used them for 2 years but within the last year, a different group of women came to my house each month and the quality really declined. So much so, the owner frequently came to supervise. This meant the cleaning would take 5 hours instead of the usual 3 but the quality didn’t improve. They are late to every scheduled appointment. Not 10-15 minutes but 40-60 minutes every time with no text or call to let me know about the delay. And I have the first appointment time of the day! Today was the last straw with no-show and no response to my texts. Over ninety minutes late. I called and texted Mara directly but she didn’t answer my texts or phone call. Not until I told her they are fired. Then she answered real quick! Don’t waste your time with them. Literally.

They spent 6+ hours and were so thorough - from pulling out the stove, to cleaning all baseboards, window frames, and shutters, we were amazed with the job they did! Excellent cleaning service ..the girls are honest, reliable, punctual and do a great clean!

I dont recommend this company. Totally Unreliable!!! She rescheduled my initial consult several times in which I understood that Things and life happens. She finally showed up 2 hours late past appointment time for my consult stating traffic and Then tells me someone will come Sunday and texts me I need organizers(for what i don't know i just moved in with boxes everywhere) but I agreed to a few hours of them and told her i would organize my new house myself and only needed a certain number of hours. The pricing was expensive in comparison to other cleaners i contacted as they charge seperate for fridge, seperate for organizers, seperate for intial cleaning but I agreed anyway just to get it out the way as the Thanksgiving holiday is coming and when I asked what time were they coming, as I was waiting Sunday morning as discussed and She then said(when I texted her) that they don't work Sunday. Only organizers are paid on sundays. No one called to confirm time or showed up in the morning or the sudden change. She never told me this before that they dont work sundays or had to cancel coming. This wasted my only day off before a much needed holiday cleaning as i have guests coming from out of town for Thanksgiving. I Will have to try to find a more reliable company last minute or just spend hours on my one day off doing it myself.🙄
