Extremely unprofessional. I spoke with someone on Monday for 30 minutes . Booked an appointment for them to come by and estimate my home. I am 7 months pregnant and they never showed up for the estimate, never called , texted or emailed to say we are going to be late or even apologize. I tried calling for 35 minutes in the middle of my work day and finally after 7 times of calling got someone on the phone who barely even cared.

Great job! I’ve been using them for over a year now. I love the rotation of focus areas! They are very detailed and leave the house feeling so very clean! I couldn’t be more pleased with their work! love the app and all that it offers. I like being able to see the time frame in which they will arrive! The app will send a message when they are in the way & finished! The manager is great! She’s very kind & responsive! I’ve had an overall great experience with all of our cleaners and feel like they do an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Had a team clean our home today. They went above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of our house, they were very respectful and professional. Will request them in the future. The manager also came by to inspect how everything went, she was very nice and listened to everything i said.

After several months and changes in team members seemed to settle down,
the service has been slipping and seemed rushed. Found several areas were not cleaned and the two left early. But not worth calling back. Don't know whether they are getting direction from supervisor to leave before 1.5 hours?

As a full time nursing student , working a full time job , with a toddler … I’m so grateful for this company!! Amazing work! My house is so clean! Highly recommend! 10/10

Both ladies arrived on time as promised. They were extremely efficient in their work. They were also a joy to have in my home. They organized themselves so I would always have part of the apartment to watch TV or read.
They work quietly, for a time they played music at low volume. Their names are Esperanza and Miriam. By the time they left, I was so happy that the chores had been done so well!
My apartment feels and looks good and that helps me feel rested. I am very grateful.

This team was amazing! They found spots to clean that never were found before!! Awesome experience!! Team 13 were thorough.and professional and we want them again to start at 2:00-2:30 each future engagement starting at Feb 3, 2025!

Love “cleaning day” with The Cleaning Authority! Coming home to a clean, tidy, and fresh smelling house is so worth it, especially when bathroom or kitchen area is the rotation focus. ( This also keeps me honest with clearing my kitchen counters prior to cleaning). TY to today’s crew 👍🏼

Teammate has been working for me for the last 20 years. They never disappoint. The girls are efficient they clean under things which means they move furniture and knickknacks. There’s never a dust circle underneath anything. Even after 20 years they never disappoint. It’s obvious that they are well paid and well. Treated. I’ve built houses for 50 years from California to Florida as far north as Virginia and I would say that this company is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. They will never disappoint you.

We have been getting service from The Cleaning Authority since July 2022. After a little bumpy start I requested and been satisfied with a husband/wife team (will respect their privacy and will remain unnamed) for the last 18 months. The app gives you a reasonable heads-up on arrival, and payment can be set up through the app as well ( for months I paid the team by check and a cash tip.) A minor issue that I had and emailed the office about was promptly answered and handled - it wasn’t a deal-breaker but more of a burr under my saddle. The owner is responsive if you have a major concern. Scheduling your cleans can be weekly, bi-monthly, etc. after the initial two heavy cleans when you sign up. Several times I have been called out of town and rescheduled my routine cleans with the office satisfactorily. I am here at the house during cleans and the team works alongside my moving from room to room. 🙂 I like the accountability the team has to perform to my standards and our particular issues throughout our relationship (major remodeling). The Cleaning Authority comes with our full recommendation. Your house/business will be cleaned with different rooms/areas on a rotation basis, and I believe you will be as satisfied as we are with this company. And yes! you will get a free clean with a referral! 😁

Today was my first cleaning appointment with The Cleaning Authority and I'm extremely pleased with the level of cleanliness, attention to details (like the doorknobs), and the friendly staff! As long as they continue with this impressive work ethic, I will be a happy customer!
UPDATE: The Cleaning Authority has cleaned our house 4 times. They have never cleaned as well as the first time! They are not even cleaning all of the things on their scheduled itemized list!
I have called, texted, and emailed to clear this up...to no avail. Not one single response from customer service! We will be canceling this contract. I always have to clean when they leave. 😫😫😫

Very pleased as a Cleaning Authority customer. Today was my regular day for cleaning. Upon arrival my team,lead by Jessica,adapted immediately to finding us at home as my husband recovers from knee replacement surgery. He is not very mobile as of yet so they cleaned one area for us to transfer into, allowing a smooth cleaning to continue.

Another great job by the Cleaning Authority!! They have done an absolutely wonderful job.

If you want your furniture scratched up, call TCA. They cleaned twice in my home and damaged furniture BOTH times. This happened in March, the manager came to my house and looked at the damage, promised repairs that never happened. They also did not issue a refund, so I paid them to come in and ruin my antique mid-century furniture. Save yourself - there are plenty of other PROFESSIONAL cleaning companies to choose from.

I have some suggestions. Replace furniture to the original place following a clean. Finally, return the blinds to original angle following a clean.Clean glass top furniture of all blurs.
Stainless steel was done nicely.
And hardwood were done very nice. Blinds also were cleaned thoroughly. Overall satisfied.

Second time making the same recomendations. Overall satisfaction remains good.

Kathy and Luz cleaned yesterday and did a very good job. The kitchen cabinets and appliances were clean very thoroughly and so was the rest of the house. Thanks again we really like our team and look forward to them returning.

I interviewed and hired the cleaning authority in May of last year for once a month deep cleans. The owner did my initial estimate, selling me on the fact that they use a team approach and supervisors regularly stop by to perform inspections, and even told me we could eventually cut down our price by “turning off” rooms that aren’t used as much. I thought between the app and these incentives, I would love this company. The first clean was fantastic, attention to detail, supervisors stopping by and requesting bleach to touch up on mold that had grown on our showers. They use eco friendly products but I was told I can provide bleach and they will use it if I prefer. The following cleanings were never the same. I provided feedback each time and requested a reclean of my entire house once as it was not done to the standards they claimed to uphold. I requested multiple times for two rooms to be turned off for the discounted rate as we do not use those rooms as often. It took multiple phone calls and the price was never correct. I was eventually able to get a hold of the owner and she was interesting. She stated she had no idea who would tell me you can turn rooms off and it’s not “dollar for dollar”. She researched who did my quote and realized she was the one who told me this initially. After realizing her mistake, she told me she doesn’t understand why her team takes so long to clean my house and asked if I had any insight as she “isn’t making a profit off of my home”. She then proceeded to tell me that if I can’t afford the price of a once a month deep clean that we can explore different options, which obviously misses the point and is absolutely offensive. Honestly, at this point I should have cut ties but I gave the girls another chance given the owner promised to stop by herself to monitor the clean and make sure it’s done right. The next deep clean the girls were gone in 1.5 hours and nothing was cleaned correctly. Also the owner left the country on vacation (according to the managers when I called to fix my billing again) and no one stopped by to inspect. This company and its owner leave a lot to be desired. I gave them a full 6 months to fix the problems.

Edit: the managers were NEVER the problem. Some mistakes were made, but they always fixed it for me and for that I am grateful for them. The owner is the problem. When she found that her cleaning team was taking too long to clean my home she asked me to watch them and see why they take so long. Then magically the next clean they were gone in an hour and a half and home was still dirty. A supervisor should have come by to watch them as she promised would happen and didn’t. The owner’s response to this review is everything I need to know to not recommend this business to anyone.

We hired this company to clean our townhome. One of their crews came in, broke one of the toilet bowls and then lied and said they did not do it. Stated it was there. But yet they cleaned it. There is actually an hole in the bowl. They stated they had nothing that would’ve broken it. They aLao also stated the cleaning crews are to report any prior damage and their own Supv. stated they did not report anything. And now the company would not take responsibility. It cost me $1000 to replace. Canceled my service would not recommend them.

I have not had a cleaning service but today was a totally unbelievable experience. Blanca and Denanny came in and immediately went to work - non-stop for 3 hours . They cleaned things I didn’t remember I owned! I am beyond happy with the people and services The CLEANING AUTHORITY provided.
