I was very satisfied. After giving birth, I was unable to clean the house for a long time. I asked the team not to use bleach because I had a newborn in the house. I contacted this company and for six months now I am absolutely delighted. Fast, high quality and reliable.

I have been using their services for quite some time now and I have to tell you that they do an amazing job. I have a 6200 square-foot house which is a bear to clean. These women are great! Hi I want to share the experience with QualityCleaning by Viktoriia . I was traveling for 3 weeks and I was expecting guest on Monday . So I contact a company and miss Viktoriia send me on Sunday morning two people to take care of my 3 bedroom apartment. The ladies did a great job they work very professional. Couldn’t have asked for better cleaners. They were very professional from the start. I was quoted the price beforehand, which was extremely reasonable. I have a toddler and we had quite a mess in the bathroom but Viktoria and team got it cleaned up like new! I also have pets and there was no trace of them either. 5 stars!

I booked Quality Cleaning by Viktoriia for a deep clean and they did an amazing job. They were extremely thorough and didn’t miss anything. My house feels so clean and fresh - you can really see the difference.

They took their time and made sure everything was done right. I’ve had other cleaners before, and this was by far the best and most detailed cleaning I’ve had.

I had Viktoriia come to my house for a quote, and she told me right away that my house was already very clean, so the job wouldn’t take long. I made it clear I wanted a deep clean: fans, windows, baseboards, dusting the walls and ceiling. I also specifically said not to touch my velvet sofa since it had just been professionally cleaned. I gave a temporary alarm code so the ladies could arm the system before leaving.

When cleaning day came, I watched on my cameras as the cleaners spent 10 minutes just wiping my velvet sofa, even though I’d asked them not to touch it. They also spent their time just lightly wiping surfaces, not actually picking things up or cleaning under anything, just doing a surface wipe-down of what was already tidy. My house looked the exact same when they left. The “deep clean” I paid for did not happen.

On my windows, I could still see the spots where my cat puts his nose. Outside, I could see exactly where a towel had only wiped part of the glass and left the rest dirty. The fans, walls, and ceilings I asked for weren’t touched. The baseboards, one of the main reasons I hired them, weren’t cleaned at all.

They also didn’t set my alarm before leaving, and parked directly on my grass after I asked them to park their cars in the driveway and on the side of the road if they didn’t have room to park both cars in the driveway. For all of this, I paid $200 for what was basically a surface-level clean of a house that was already clean. When I told Victoria what happened, she just apologized and said they’d do better next time if I gave them a chance. I don’t see why I should have to pay them again to get what I already paid for.

I don’t know if the ladies thought I wouldn’t notice that my house looked exactly the same, but I work from home, so I notice when things in my house have been moved, look different, or haven’t been cleaned. I was extremely disappointed that my time, my money, and my energy were all disrespected. My house was not deep cleaned, but I was still charged as if it was.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I do not plan to use them again.
