Abner & his team turned around my yard. I was recommended to Master grounds keeper - gave them a call & they came out walking me through some options. Pleased with the end result.

Abner and his grounds crew do a superb job of maintaining my lawn! He is responsive, trustworthy and very reasonably priced for lawn care!

We are completely satisfied with their service. We had them pull out bushes and completely re-sod our back yard and they did a terrific job. Abner was professional and upfront with pricing (which was reasonable) and gave us updates throughout the entire process. We HIGHLY recommend Master Grounds Keeper.

We had a guy who cut our yard for about a year, moved out of town and sold his client list to this guy (Abner), and said he’d keep us at the rate we were at.
Barely a few months with MGK, and abner (owner) tried to raise the price of our lawn care. When I told him we would not be continuing services with him, he said he would keep us at our old rate to retain us as clients. I agreed.
HOWEVER, Since then, even though we pay for the month up front, he keeps not putting us on the schedule to be cut, when we’re supposed to be. I’ve had to reach out to his team lead (because abner never responds) for the last two cuts to ensure that it’s going to be cut. And I still have not receive my last paid for cut. (Edit: grass ended up being cut after review posted)
We pay for both bi weekly cuts at the first of the month... per his policy...
I text him multiple times over an issue, and he very rarely, if ever, responds.
I have to text his team lead enable to get a response of him. And even then he responds to his crew leader, instead of just responding to my text(s), that he has ignored for days. Now I have paid for two cuts for June and only received one (and only because I HAD to reach out to get the first paid for cut).
Didn’t schedule me again this last week we were due. Grass is shin high. Was insured on Thursday that it would be cut before the end of the week. Saturday evening it still hadn’t been cut. I have still not heard from Abner. Despite the fact I’ve messaged him twice on this.
Unreliable. Unprofessional.

I just a fascinating encounter with this company. They're currently mowing my neighbor's lawn so I went out and asked if they could also do mine at the same time. It's a 20x20 square patch in front of the house, will take them exactly 3 minutes to do. The extremely friendly workers called their boss who said "no". Just "no". Never had a company simply refuse to do business for no reason.

To the owner who responded to me: if any semblance of a conversation like you describe happened, I would certainly not have given this review. Your foreman said nothing to me except he doesn't know but can call his boss. Not a word about his schedule. And upon hanging up, he himself was extremely bewildered by the "no" and couldn't explain your reaction and had no idea why he wasn't allowed to, but he made it clear that he was told no and wouldn't cross his boss (which I completely respect.)

All I can say is WOW!!! Abner and his crew were amazing to my family. From the phone call to setting up a time to come in and take care of my yard there were no questions left unanswered and I had a big relief once that yard of mine was back into shape. I appreciate your service. I appreciate you and your crew. Keep up the good work ;)

Abner and his crew do an absolutely fantastic job. They're very popular in my neighborhood! If you want your lawn done well by reliable people that care about their work, you won't find anyone better!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. For $1,485 they were here maybe 2 hours. The centerpiece Red Sister they installed died in a week.

They did a good job updating my landscaping.

"I hired Allscape of Fla to fix our irrigation system and plant grass and flowers around our home. While they completed the grass and flower installation to a satisfactory level, the irrigation system was left non-functional. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not returned to finish the job.

It's a small company where 2 sisters are managing it all. Patti has mentioned ongoing personal issues and other job commitments but has been unable to provide a clear date for completing the work. We paid most of the agreed amount, withholding only $500 as a balance for the completion of the irrigation repair. I ended up spending extra time getting another person to fix irrigation system and paid much more than remaining $500.

I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the delayed responses. While I understand that unexpected issues can arise, I believe it’s fair to expect some commitment and follow-through especially after we paid a lot of money. I'm sure they can do a good job but there is no accountability and this is why they are not a reliable company to spend the money on.

Jacqui and Patti will always get 5 stars from me. They reply promptly when you reach out to them for questions, estimates and get your project done promptly. They are very caring ladies and their crew are very respectful of your property and you.

We used Allscape for various landscaping projects at our home. Initially they were great to work with. We spent good money and were guaranteed quality products. The Foxtail Palm we purchased did not last 3 months going into last winter. I called Jacqui on several occasions and have only been given the run around. They apparently are not going to honor their guarantee. I will not recommend their business to anyone. They will not return calls or text messages which shows how unprofessional their business practice is.

Overall the work done was beautiful. We got walls put in and some lovely new plants and trees. They work fast too. 2 stars deducted though for changing up the design without talking to us first and never coming back out to resod an area even though we kept calling/texting. Lesson learned to never complete payment for work until absolutely everything is done. Also, we were told some of the plants would grow a lot within weeks. That has not happened. They have not grown at all.

From beginning to end the work that was done was seamless. Allscape has a great team and they all work really well together. You will find the two women (Jacqui & Patti) who own the company out there alongside their crew digging, etc. I had asked for opinions along the way while the work was going on, to add this or remove that, and it was done without any problem. We had a lot of improvements done and they were not only fast, but very efficient. They did it all meticulously from laying pavers, to relocating irrigation, planting trees and removing trees, and burying gutter spouts. We will be calling on them again for any landscaping or irrigation needs. Keep up the great work. Thank you.

Extended my rear yard patio and Jacqui and Patti’s crew did an excellent job. It was done in a timely and professional manner. They also went out of their way to fix some sunken patio blocks in our walkway that they didn’t install.
I would highly recommend.

Our project started well and the plants were beautiful. Their crew was not on time and communication was poor, but when they were here they worked hard and the plants are lovely. I could live with that and this would have been a 4 star review. It all fell apart with the installation of drip irrigation to water the plants, rocks and weed guard. Second week after drip installed, I woke up to a leak in the piping and water spewing out everywhere and hitting side of my house. I called, texted and could not get them out here until today. They would not take responsibility for the leak and wanted to charge me MORE money. So, I will be forced to call someone else to fix it as I don't trust them anymore. Sad, but this is my review.

Would have been a 1 star but the guys who did the patio pavers were very good. We are hopeful it all holds up based on other reviews we've read. Jacqui and Patti do ALOT of work in tje neighborhood, but once you've received a quote, communication. Is poor. The biggest negative was the outdoor garbage surround they built. At first glance it looked good, but then we noticed no pressure treated wood was used. When we called to mention this we were told it was pressure treated. It was not, amd very easy to tell. But rather than be skeptical we took a trip to Home Depot and sure enough the wood that they used was not pressure treated. Patti stated we have an issue because Home Depot told them it was pressure treated. I told her that is their issue with HD, not ours. Amd realistically, there is no way HD made that error. We believe they were trying to save a few bucks. Fast forward and they finally agree, reluctantly, to replace the wood with pressure treated. I called Jacqui after texted without a reply, to know what time they would be here, went directly to VM, twice. So I *67 my number this time and got through. I believe she blocked me. They did come over and replace some, but not all of the wood. I guess we will have to finish it on our own. My advice if you use them, get every detail in writing, don't take either of them at their word document every thing. I have "receipts" if you'd like to see them. The photo is what they said was pressure treated.
