Buddy did an absolutely AMAZING job!! If I could give him 12 stars, I would!!! After our house was showing major signs of mold and dirt from the stucco not being properly sealed when we bought the house 11 years ago; our house literally looks like brand new after Soft Wash 911 came to the rescue. We have gotten several quotes for ridiculous amounts, and felt like we were just at a total loss. Buddy was by far the most reasonably priced, most professional, and gave the quickest, best service out of everyone in Jacksonville. This is absolutely the number one place to call; hands down! (There is no other in my book. Trust me; we've looked!) We will be using him for many years to come! Thank you so much, Soft Wash 911! I am in total shock of how amazing our house looks now! My wife set-up the appointment. It was easy to schedule & receive feedback. I wasn't expecting to be home on cleaning day, but I was happy to meet Buddy & see the work done in person. He did a great job on the house and garage. Amazing difference in such a short amount of time! We highly recommend

I recently had my house, driveway, walkway and curb cleaned by Soft Wash 911. I'm giving a 5 star review only because I can't give higher.

The first thing that impressed me was how quickly I received a response after asking for a quote. I received a response the same day and the response was handled very professionally. It was clear and precise and included insurance coverage information.

The second thing that impressed me was the clear communication. Everything was communicated from what to expect, how to prepare and when Buddy was on his way to my property.

The quality of the cleaning was amazing. The thoroughness and attention to detail left my home looking great. It far exceeded my expectations.

Buddy did an amazing job in cleaning our screen enclosure that was covered in algae, in addition to cleaning our pool deck. He communication on scheduling, pricing and follow up was great. Very pleased and will be calling on him again.

This is my second time using Soft Wash and it’s been another great experience. They are quick, professional, and my house looks great! They even take care of those dark lines that show up on the light colored gutters. My white house is gleaming again!

Excellent experience! Used a pure water/pole fed service for window cleaning in GA and LOVED it. So much so I specifically searched for the same here. Getting a quote and scheduling was hassle free. Buddy was on time, did what he said he was going to do, quickly, and for a fair price. Best part is windows dried spot free. If you've not tried this kind of window cleaning before do yourself a favor and do it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience from scheduling to finish. Our vinyl siding, driveway, and windows all look great. I knew our house needed washing, but now it looks better than I could have imagined. Buddy definitely lives up to his name and is super friendly, courteous, and efficient. My only regret is not taking before pictures so I could compare them to the great work - complete night and day comparison in the best way possible.

Buddy was professional start to finish. His email and text sequence leading to the appointment gave me all the info I needed to be ready. He was in and out quickly leaving the house looking spotless and not harming the shrubs like the last company did. Also affordable compared to other quotes, will definitely hire them again.
