Worked with Scott Prim to get an estimate. He showed up right away and was able to provide good advice and suggestions. The tree removal team was very punctual and professional. I highly recommend this company for any future tree cutting/removal needs you might have.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable tree service. I had a very unusual situation and Jeremy was able to evaluate the problem and give me the best possible solution. The crew arrived on time and they were completely aware of the exact work that needed to be done. (Unlike other services I have used In the past where the crew shows up, works on the wrong tree and does not complete the agreed upon jobs)
They took great care in not damaging anything as they were working in a very tight space and this was a huge job.
Crew was friendly and respectful to me, respectful of my property.
I was so happy, I hired them to do some extra work tomorrow.

I would highly recommend this company for tree removal, trimming and pruning. The were extremely responsive to my request for a quote. The are reasonably priced. They show up with all the right vehicles and tools to the do the job right. This is the most professional, well organized tree trimming company I have worked with. They know their stuff!

Jeremy and his crew worked on my parents home 1/12/21 trimming trees, limbs, palms and the place looks FABULOUS! The team was professional, worked hard for 3 hours and cleaned up the yard of debris before they left. Friendly and efficient! Such a fantastic company! Scott is very knowledgeable and honest, does not try to oversell you on things that you don't necessarily need. Crew that came out was awesome. They left my yard looking better than before they arrived! Would absolutely refer them to anybody and will be using them again for any future needs.

The men were all polite and professional. Took care to be as gentle as possible with our yard. They cleaned up amazingly. Scott kept me up to date on any changes that came up. Phone calls were returned quickly. The whole job was awesome.would reccomend them to everyone that needs tree work done.

They are awesome! They showed up for a consultation and we agreed to a price and date for the work. They were prompt and did a great job! They had quite a challenging task with some big oaks hanging over the house, but they did a wonderful job protecting the house and drastically reducing the risk from future tree damage which was the goal. Would definitely hire again as the need arises in the future.

I can highly recommend Tree Cutters of Florida. On my initial call for service on the removal of a large dead oak tree, I spoke to Jeremy who set up an appointment for the estimate the next day. He showed up on time and we had a good discussion and agreed on a price and day for the work to be done. Although the work was not performed on the day agreed upon due to a scheduling snafu with the crane company, when the crew showed up everything was performed in a professional manner without incident. Everyone knew what they were doing and the cleanup was outstanding. Great company to deal with!

I looked at three companies to get quotes for the work that was necessary in both my front and back yards. The first company told me that I had to take out the tree in the front yard. I told the second company what the first company told me, and the second company agreed without inspection or questions.

I was happily amazed at the information I received from Scott at Tree Cutters of Florida. Not only did he ask me questions, he spent lots of time explaining things about my trees as well as my options - one of which did NOT result in full removal of trees. All my trees were healthy and just needed to be cut back so they could up rather than out.

Scott was pleasant and informative and stated he could have people out by the end of the week. (Other companies were 3 weeks out.) We talked on Monday. It was one of the really hot weeks, so I told Scott we could wait for the this particular heat wave to go through (in June) so that his workers would not have to worry about heat exhaustion. (I didn't want anyone passing out as they were cutting back my trees.)

Not expecting them until the following week, I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I came home on Thursday. I had more light coming though my windows than I had had for years. TCF had come out earlier in the morning and did a GREAT job at not only getting rid of dead limbs and lower limbs, but I didn't even notice anything had been done because all the yard waste was removed, leaving a clean front and back yard AND LOTS OF LIGHT around the home. They left enough shade to help cool my home so I am ecstatic about this job and would recommend them to others.

Tree Cutters of Florida far surpassed our expectations. They were amazing to work from start to finish, and did excellent work removing 5 trees from our yard in addition to providing maintenance on our palm trees. Their whole team was so friendly and got the job done swiftly without disturbing our neighbors. I cannot recommend them enough!! (They were also the most competitive quote we received!!)

Scott and his team did a great job and were very professional. The quote he gave was very competitive to others I received. My work varies week to week and they were able to work around my schedule, which was a big plus!
As far as trimming and tree removal, they did a great job!!! So much so that my neighbors came over and thanked me for making the neighborhood look better! The tree they removed was partially over my house and was not looking happy. They did an amazing job of rigging the limb and brought it down right where they wanted! Away from my new roof! When they cut the tree down it has a large rotten core at the split. I am So glad that Scott noticed the issue and gave me the right recommendation!
I even got some firewood for the firepit!

This company is the best in the business, Jeremy and Scott run a professional and fast moving crew. They do the job complete the first time. No complaints from this customer and I’m really picky. Don’t even call anyone else you will be wasting your time. No damage to my yard, great results, will use them again.

In February 2022, one of the palm trees broke and landed on the roof, contacted TCF as one of my neighbors referred them. Scott came and provided the estimation, TCF crew came the next day morning and removed the palm trees, but they messed it up my flower bed, also they did not do good job in placing the tarp on the roof (Pictures been attached). It’s been couple of months, I am still finding the nails in my front yard and at the downspout (Pictures been attached). Scott (TCF Owner) took $1000 cash advance from me and told me that he is going to pay me back once he receives the money from Security First Insurance (The home insurance company), but he did not even after receiving the money from my home insurance company. I just waited & waited and from March 18th, 2022, started trying to reach out to him by making phone calls, text messages and emails but no response from him so far. I also drove to the TCF address 6466 Greenland Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32258 but don't see an office out there for TCF. Same Customer Review and Customer Complaint been submitted at Better Business Bureau.

As with all big-ticket items, I shopped around for a vendor that would do the job cost-effectively. After calling around and getting a few quotes, I settled on Tree Cutters of Florida.
Scot showed up to take a look at the work I needed to get done. After seeing what I needed, he then gave me some advice. He made me aware that how I wanted to trim the trees would lead to the eventual rot of the trees since what I wanted to do would have harmed the tree. None of the other vendors had mentioned that to me. That alone showed that he knew what he was talking about and not just chopping down the tree.
On the day of the job, the cutting crew showed up on time. They had the instructions on where the trees needed to be trimmed. They had minimal disruption to the neighborhood and finished promptly.
The best part is that they cleaned up all the debris from the trimming. Unless you see the trees, it is hard to see the waste from the trimming anywhere. After they finished trimming, they asked me to check the work, and I was impressed. I will keep Tree Cutters of FL as the tree trimming vendor of choice.

I had a over 15 trees removed. Some very large trees. TCF did a fantastic job getting them removed. They even took down a chainlink fence which had trees embedded within.

They also included stump-grinding in the quote so I didn't have to worry about finding/hiring yet another company to do that piece.

They were on time, and fast, with very reasonable rates.

I would hire them again with no issues (if I had any trees left....).

I cannot say how pleased I was with the services provided by Scott and his crew. We had a queen palm right beside our house and front door removed and a large oak tree which was very near our pool deck and a wrought iron fence. Scott came on time to quote and even assessed my other oaks, since he is an arborist. He suggested I trim the very large oaks as well to keep them healthy and pointed out where another company had improperly cut branches which could lead to tree disease. He suggested we trim the branches again properly. The price he quoted was right in line with another quote I received. I liked Scott’s love of tress, his knowledge, and his good nature so I hired him. The crew arrived right on time and were at my home for about 6 hours. They did an awesome job and cleaned up well after. They were personable, polite and professional. They were very careful with the equipment on my pavers and minimized damage to the grass wherever possible. The stump grinder arrived a couple of hours later and finished the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his crew for all your tree needs! Thanks Scott!

I've decided to remove some big tree limbs over my roof just to be safe. After shopping around for some quotes, Tree Cutters came in at the best price and Jeremy (the owner) did what he said he was going to do. I was not disappointed! The entire process was done well and quick and I couldn't be happier with the ways things went. I wholeheartedly recommend Tree Cutters to those who need a big job done well.

I had a couple quotes for tree removals but ultimately went with Tree Cutters of Florida. Scott came out and gave me the details on how they’d remove the trees and we talked through different options. He made me feel comfortable and confident that he’d take care of the trees without damage to the yard or the house and he did just that! It was an easy process from start to finish for us as customers and we couldn’t be more happy with the job they did! This company is professional and on time, and Scott communicated with us through out the whole process. They were also comparably priced, we had 2 VERY tall maple trees removed (one very close to our house) and 4 stumps ground up and we never thought we were being taken advantage of on pricing! If you need trees removed, these are your guys!!

American Tree Solutions was working at a neighbors when we asked about removing a tree in out backyard. We had been on a schedule with another tree service for weeks. Killian B was able to have it removed that same day. Colton and his crew - Eric, Terrence, Brett, & Chip - made quick work of removing the tree and hauling it away.

American Tree Solutions happened to be in my neighborhood so I had them come take a look at a tree that appeared a bit sickly. Their arborist, Killian, walked me through its rough state (why it wasn't doing well, how he could tell, and what might be able to save it -- though unlikely for this case). He came across very knowledgeable and personable. He gave me two quotes: one to try and save it; and one to remove it.

I got one other quote before proceeding. This other company was willing to save it for less (but also thought there was a low chance of success) but their quote to remove it was 50% more. ATS' lower fees likely came from (1) it was a quick job, (2)there was a scheduling convenience as his team was already in the area that day, and (3) because they opted not to use a crane for my particular case which the other company was charging for (the tree wasn't large enough to where that was necessary). I opted for American Tree Solutions.

During the job, there was a lot of vegetation that sprouted up in a 10 foot area around the tree (small bushes, grass, baby tree). ATS was kind enough to remove that for me as well as part of our rate.

I opted to have ATS also add-on stump grinding which they subcontracted out. The company they brought in was also knowledgeable and friendly and left the area looking good. I'll be leaving them a 5 star review as well.

I would definitely use them again. Now I just have to work on the sod ...
