Jacy and her team did an excellent job! I was very impressed with how fresh and clean my house was after they did a deep clean. I was so happy with the cleaning services that I am scheduling her for a monthly visit.

Jacy’s cleaning service has been a life saver! We use them biweekly and we are always amazed how nice and clean the house is afterwards. They go above and beyond and if we need any thing extra, they are always willing to complete the task not only that they are very friendly and warm.

I didn’t expect to be this satisfied with Jacy’s Cleaning Service. I spoke with the owner, Mervin, who took the time to speak with me even while on vacation, which immediately reflected his professionalism and care.

The three ladies arrived early for their appointment and performed a true deep clean. When they finished, the house looked, smelled, and felt better. Since this was my elderly parents’ home, trust and attention to detail were very important, and the team was respectful, thorough, and kind.

This crew is relatively new. They were changing my thermostats, not putting things back in their original positions, and they leave lights on. Doors are left open that were closed. Last month, they cleaned my 4K TV with a standard cleaner leaving horrible streaks. I had to call the franchise owner to get them to leave the TV alone. They disconnected my WiFi extender. I was much happier with the past team. They were very consistent and quicker.

We’ve used TCA for a few years to clean our home every other week. They have always provided excellent service and do an amazing job cleaning our home. This week they went above and beyond. I currently have a cast on my right foot. The amazing ladies that cleaned our home today even helped me with some minor tasks this morning that are more difficult for me because of my limited mobility right now. So not only do they do a great job cleaning, but they are good people too!

The team who cleaned my house did a superb job. I don't think I've ever seen my house look this good. I'm so happy with the overall experience

I have been using The Cleaning Authority since Covid started nearly 3 yrs ago. I cannot say enough about the ladies who come to clean my home every 2 weeks. They are simply outstanding.They are kind, professional, thorough and punctual. I wish I could afford to have them every week! My house sparkles after a cleaning. I feel very blessed to have found such reliable and talented professional cleaners. Thank you, Cleaning Authority! And the manager is awesome too!

The ladies are always prompt and professional. I love being able to rely on them for Mom's cleaning needs. I live out of state and worried it would be a problem but with their app it is a breeze. I can always check the schedule and ask for special things to be done if we desire and change dates if needed. I truly feel they do a very good job every visit and I know it's not breaking the bank. The ladies are alway very respectful and friendly. A wonderful service I would recommend for anyone needing help with cleaning needs.

We needed a thorough one time clean to get our house ready to put on the market. They did an amazing job! They even managed to remove water stains from one of our showers that I had assumed was permanent. Would definitely recommend them and might even reach out to hire on regularly after we get settled into a new home.

I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided today. I look forward to next month’s cleaning. I would like my lanai swept and the tile floor cleaned. I will call to remind you. Thank You 🙏🏾

Today was round two! I decided after the big clean last month I wanted them to start coming monthly. 2 different ladies this time, Kia and Altagracia. Once again, great job! It's so nice having the whole house cleaned at once and having someone else do stuff I hate doing like blinds and moldings lol. Consistent work! They've been trained well!

Extremely unprofessional. I spoke with someone on Monday for 30 minutes . Booked an appointment for them to come by and estimate my home. I am 7 months pregnant and they never showed up for the estimate, never called , texted or emailed to say we are going to be late or even apologize. I tried calling for 35 minutes in the middle of my work day and finally after 7 times of calling got someone on the phone who barely even cared.

Great job! I’ve been using them for over a year now. I love the rotation of focus areas! They are very detailed and leave the house feeling so very clean! I couldn’t be more pleased with their work! love the app and all that it offers. I like being able to see the time frame in which they will arrive! The app will send a message when they are in the way & finished! The manager is great! She’s very kind & responsive! I’ve had an overall great experience with all of our cleaners and feel like they do an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Had a team clean our home today. They went above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of our house, they were very respectful and professional. Will request them in the future. The manager also came by to inspect how everything went, she was very nice and listened to everything i said.

After several months and changes in team members seemed to settle down,
the service has been slipping and seemed rushed. Found several areas were not cleaned and the two left early. But not worth calling back. Don't know whether they are getting direction from supervisor to leave before 1.5 hours?

Both ladies arrived on time as promised. They were extremely efficient in their work. They were also a joy to have in my home. They organized themselves so I would always have part of the apartment to watch TV or read.
They work quietly, for a time they played music at low volume. Their names are Esperanza and Miriam. By the time they left, I was so happy that the chores had been done so well!
My apartment feels and looks good and that helps me feel rested. I am very grateful.

This team was amazing! They found spots to clean that never were found before!! Awesome experience!! Team 13 were thorough.and professional and we want them again to start at 2:00-2:30 each future engagement starting at Feb 3, 2025!
