Renata's crew showed up as scheduled on New Year’s Eve. I had a tenant moving out that morning and others moving in the following day. When they arrived the tenant was not out as planned and had her things everywhere. There were dirty dishes and trash everywhere, as well as things on every surface! They were wonderful and managed to clean and leave the place looking great . They added some artistic personal touches, put things back as requested by looking at photos sent and did a great job. Many cleaners might have left and said they couldn’t do the job under the circumstances but they stayed.
I highly recommend them both for their professionalism and accountability.
