Fantastic job in every respect. I've had two fairly bad experiences with pressure washing. On both occasions I had electrical issues and even had to replace a light fitting. This crew could not have been more opposite. Showed up on time, explained everything, did a great job and performed professionally through the process. Job included power washing lanai mesh, pavers, re-sand and seal. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The guys were Curtis and professional. The work was completed on time and the results looked great. Washed my front porch and driveway, cleaned the roof, washed the windows, and cleaned the gutters. I recommend these folks.

Crew was professional, friendly and took great care in neutralizing the chemicals, protecting all my newly planted landscaping. I would highly recommend this company to have both your roof and dryer vents cleaned.

Weston & Matt did an excellent job rescreening our pool enclosure! They communicated thoroughly, so we always knew what time they were arriving/leaving and where they were with the process. They were efficient, but also took the time to make sure the job was done properly. We would highly recommend them! :)

First coast home pros came out to repair my screen doors today for $80/door. Weston and Briaim came out this morning, they quickly and professionally replaced my screens. Great and efficient work.

Asked Matt how much it would cost to get my driveway pressure washed. He gave me a quote and was able to knock it put same afternoon. Driveway looks incredible! 10/10 recommend and their employee Matt was fantastic as well!

Weston did a great job at the screen repair. He was professional, timely and effective. He communicated very well regarding his arrival time and cleaned up all materials after completing the job. I’ve used FCHP for many projects in the past and will continue to use them going forward. They are clear in their communication and expectations, their prices are reasonable, and they do a great job.

I was impressed with the professionalism of the window cleaning staff. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they worked efficiently. The windows themselves were sparkling and crystal clear, which made an immediate difference in the look of our in the woods rental home. 🤣 The window seals/sills & screens didn’t quite reach the same level of brilliance. It seemed they could’ve benefited from a wetter solution to truly lift the buildup. Moving forward, maybe scheduling cleaning more often within a twelve month period would help. (As they did recommend).
Overall, a strong service with just a bit of room to elevate from great to exceptional.

Jay and his team cleaned about 20 light fixtures and chandeliers for us. They took them apart, cleaned the crystals and bulbs, and left them sparkling. They are professional, courteous and clean. Highly recommend.
