The two friendly, kind women who came in to clean our condo were wonderful and so fast! We just moved into a new place and the last owner basically never cleaned, so there was a lot much to be done, but these ladies were thorough and efficient. It took about half the time I would have thought and looks amazing.

This company did a fantastic cleaning of my townhouse. We moved out and are going to lease the townhouse. As people are aware when you leave a home, it is like you never cleaned the whole time u were there.
This company did a fantastic cleaning. I can’t say that enough. Everything was sparkling and it smelled fantastic.

The current cleaning I received was a little mediocre and I wasn’t too thrilled. My regular cleaning person had called out and a replacement was sent. There were things missed and half done which is why I gave a 3 star rating.

Girls worked diligently and spent a lot of time here. Very professional and happy with cleaning. Do think it was a little pricey.

Called last week for an estimate for a move-out cleaning before we put our house up for rental due to having a somewhat short-notice military transfer. The owner of this location himself, Mr. Garrett was at our home the following morning to do an assessment and provide a estimate. Despite him being a Bama fan, we allowed him to schedule our cleaning on the exact date and time that we needed. Brandy & Shelby showed up this morning at the EXACT time ready to get going. Those ladies were top-notch friendly, enthusiastic, and well-organized. Within minutes i knew I could leave to make a few errands. I thought they would be there all day, but when I got back maybe 4 hours later they were gone and the house was better than expected. The more I looked around the house today, the more impressed I became. Exceptional attention to detail. Thanks ladies! Highly recommended.

Cecilia and Felicia were amazing! I thought I had big expectations and big problems. I thought it was going to take a lot of time to accomplish my move out cleaning. The house was a mess and very dirty. The two of them worked their magic and a little over an hour. I was incredibly shocked at just how good they were in such a short time. And they reassured me that this wasn't that big of a deal. Their expertise, knowledge, and experience truly showed and made me feel comforted.

Great experience all around for a move out deep clean.

Wish I could give 4-1/2 stars. Employees were very polite and worked hard on our deep cleaning - just missed a few things (top of microwave, ceiling fan in kitchen area, stubborn slight stain on tub, bottom of shower door, etc.). Floors also had a sticky film after drying. Floors were wet when team left, so we could not see missed items or feel film on floor when doing final walk through. We have already scheduled our next cleaning and feel certain these will be addressed.

Im between a 3 and 4 for FIRST cleaning. VERY nice professional people and I would be happy to have them again. I want at least one constant as possible. 2 new people every cleaning will not work for me. Overall I am pleased. They missed cleaning one of the bathroom sinks and toilets. All glass top tables should be cleared and cleaned with a glass cleaner. We had to redo these this morning as they just rubbed the feather duster around and it did not do the job. I like these ladies and would welcome them back.

Merry Maids did an okay job. Bathrooms, stove and microwave were clean. Unfortunately, they left cleaner on my kitchen cabinets and did not clean all the floors or inside all the closets as we discussed. I was expecting super clean. What I got was something I could have done myself. So yes they saved me from doing it but for the price it should have been sparkling clean.

I am so unbelievably happy with the service I received from Merry Maids. My home was cleaner than ever. The attention to detail and the special touches of the tissue bows was worth every dime.

Wonderful responsiveness by the office staff, easy scheduling, great communication. The team of cleaning professionals were friendly, efficient, courteous and did an excellent job. They are fantastic ambassadors of your company.

The two ladies that came to my home to help me get out of a rut that I've been stuck in. They didn't judge me or my mess and just got to work. 10/10, ABSOLUTELY recommend!

After Merry Maids intial clean, I wasn’t sure how I felt about them. In hindsight, it wasn’t fair to judge them so early. After the second clean, my condo began to look like it was professionally cleaned. I’m now completely satisfied with their performance and love the way my home feels and looks like it should. Very clean and very happy!

We needed a last minute "move in" cleaning done & they responded within a couple of hours. A 2-person crew worked very quickly but professionally & efficiently. We would certainly call upon this service again. Thank you Merry Maids

I have recently got quite lazy about cleaning my apartment. I am almost 75 years old and I’ve always kept a quite pristine living arrangement. I decided to call Mary Maids after reading their many positive posts. They came to the first cleaning along with the owner and did a fantastic job!! They were very courteous and checked with me many times during the cleaning process to make sure I was happy with their work. I have scheduled them on an ongoing basis which is probably the best you can say that they did a great job!!

As usual, Nancy is spectacular! I’ve never seen our master shower so shiny!! Alaina is also awesome. Most notable is how clean she got my old terrazzo kitchen floor. Both are very nice ladies and I consider them friends.

They had 2 girls come out to my home. They provided great service and I would definitely use Merry Maids again. Great job!!
