I have used Benchmark Gutters on 3 different homes and every time it’s been a great job. They really stand behind their work.

I will have to say that the service we had was amazing. Yesterday when they were installing the gutters they had to work around the rain.The guys were so pleasant and were kind enough to explain the process and address any concerns my husband had. They did not leave till after 6:30 and had the same great attitude they had when them came. Best of all the gutters look great and worked great.

Benchmark Quality Gutter company has installed gutters on my house a couple times and I have been satisfied with their service both times. I highly recommend them.

Not only did the install go fantastic exceeding our expectations, but we are now a few years in and any issues that we have they have come out and immediately addressed.

My son was cutting the grass and knocked off one of the downspouts. After hitting it with a lawnmower and with one phone call years later this team came out fix the gutter! Not only did they fix the damage we caused, they did a full inspection just to make sure everything still looked pristine!!!!!

Seriously, thank you to this team very much for being outstanding!

Benchmark did a very nice job installing my gutters. I do wish you would stop by and do something to stop the banging when the wind blows the diverter at front of garage door. I do recommend Benchmark if you need gutters.

Benchmark Gutters did a gutter repair/install. Removed old damaged section after a limb from a pine tree has fallen. Installed new section . Service was fantastic. The crew arrived as scheduled. Would recommend this company. In fact, Benchmark did the original install 11 years ago.

Contacted benchmark about getting gutters all the way around our home… After speaking with the very rude salesman who told us, he thought we should go with another company, the owner reached out after we filed a complaint and we got things straightened out
Scheduled for new gutters to get installed, everything was great until the first rain… Gutters were leaking from behind so we reached back out. The owner called me and said that we needed to have extended drip guards put on and he would send a truck back out to do that.
They did so while we were out of town and sent the final invoice. I told him I would take a look as soon as I got back home just three days later and get his invoice paid. He responded and said invoices were due immediately and left it at that.
Come to find out, they saved our credit card information without our knowledge, without the authority to do so, and went ahead and charged the card without authorization at their own leisure.
I understand invoices, being due immediately upon completion, would have been nice to have been extended the opportunity to see that the work was actually completed upon our return back home and paid with our preferred payment method.
Be very cautious about this company, be very cautious about their payment methods and their customer service. Buyer beware!

Replaced all my gutters with a continuous gutter system. Crew had the old one removed and the new one installed quickly. Since the installation I had a few service calls on leaky corners and they came out and took care of it.

10 out 10 service overall was top tier and my gutter looks awesome! I am very happy with the entire process! Thank you

I am not a past customer of Benchmark Quality Gutters, yet I keep getting text messages from a no reply number asking me to review them! I had them come out to give me an estimate and they were twice as expensive as who I wound up using, with the same quality product. Please DO NOT text me any longer, it's annoying. Hence 2 stars instead of 5.

Excellent service from sales to install. The gutters look great and work extremely well. No leaks ,no sagging and the cost was well worth it. Customer service checked in to make sure I was happy with the product and service after the sale. Thanks again 5☆++++

Contacted the company to request a site visit for a drainage issue in the yard - the combination of rain, irrigation, and the slope of the sidewalk caused huge puddles that remained for several days. The company responded that morning and visited our home and provided us with a solution at a reasonable price. They would have been able to install the required drain, pipe, and pop-up but we needed HOA review and approval. The company came out again to meet with the HOA representatives and the solution, cost, and timing was approved. Benchmark scheduled the repair and install quickly. Very efficient and cost-effective solution to our drainage issue. Professional crew.

Benchmark came out promptly to get me a quote. They were very reasonable and offer a quality gutter. Everyone I talked to as part of the process was professional. They were sure to tell me that if the weather turned it could affect the sealant and if I noticed any leaks they'd be right out to correct. It. No issues and the gutters look great.
