Casey did an incredible job on our carpets. They were in rough shape, and I honestly didn’t expect them to come out looking as good as they did — but he made them look brand new. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and took the time to do it right.

What really impressed me was that he actually came back out to do an extra treatment, even though it looked great already. He didn’t have to — it wasn’t something we asked for — but he wanted to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of follow-up and care is rare.

Casey and Dakota did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. They thoroughly cleaned our carpet, taking extra time due to our black dog who sheds a lot! He adjusted his technique to be faster than planned, and then did some areas that I didn’t originally request because the additional square footage was within his job minimum.
