Most companies have no problem cutting corners & letting the customer know, ya don't like it, sounds like a blanking personal problem. They showed me how the roofers, years prior, measured things incorrectly, and they compensated to make my repairs look excellent and locked down securely. And also save me hundreds compared to two previous estimates.

I loved CGP professionalism when I reached out. I spoke to females each time I called, and they took messages. I understand that the men are out working hard, so they have hired hands to work the phones. Jacob reached out first and went over all my concerns and Frank followed up with a quote and did an outstanding job with communications. There was no pressure to accept the quote, and appreciated the time I needed to decide. All went as planned, the quote was in my price range after researching product and reviews. The installers arrived on time as scheduled and we are pleased with the install. Thank you all for your service.

On time, great work ethics, clean site after work and corrected MANY items that were done incorrectly by two other companies! Haven’t had a big rain yet to test it all but the hose test was 100% effective! Don’t bother with anyone else!

These guys did a phenomenal job on my brand new house. I appreciate the overall professionalism and quality of work. I would highly recommend. They were there when they said they would be and they did what they said they would. What more can you ask for??!!!

They came right away to provide a quote. Great pricing and they did a fantastic job. I had them attaché their gutter to my existing gutter system and everything color matched and it looks great. Very pleased.

It's that time of year! Extra cleaning for the holiday's. I recommend La Fraiche ladies! They were on time and everything was done with care. My place looks awesome! Thank you! Oh and the owner is also hands on every step of the way!

Easy to book, very responsive and excellent quality cleaning. My last cleaning by Lisa and was spectacular, as she did an incredibly thorough job. My boyfriend was blown away! I would highly recommend them to others.

Recently moved and was looking for a reputable cleaning business to do a thorough cleaning of our new home. La Fraiche promptly returned my call and was so friendly and professional. They did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Horrible experience, hidden charges, outrageous prices. Not reliable, arrive late, super rude staff. After all this when you are not confortable enough to let then clean they keep your deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Believe the bad reviews. These people have hidden fees and try to bait and switch. They tried to charge a 7% cleaning supplies fee on top of their high price. They are dishonest and it shows in the reviews. Don't use them.

Next time you make your cheap flyers make sure they don’t stick to peoples windshields! I don’t need my carpets clean, but now I need to get this taken care of, thanks a lot!

In process of setting up an appointment, was asked to provide card on file, I asked how much it is going cost, he said: you have 2 bedrooms walk in closet, hallway, and steps, 5 areas, so it would be 190…290.. 390.. i said: hold on, i can’t afford that, cancel it, i will find someone else, he said: you can cancel all you want, but you don’t get your money back, it’s nonrefundable. He already charged me 75 dollars and refused to refund! He hung up on me. I called at least 3 numbers and could’t reach anyone to help me.
There is no reviews, red flag…

Agreeing with all of the comments below. I had them clean my 1200 sq home. First expense was $500, second was $400. Ahead of the second service, I specifically asked how much it would cost and they said around $200. I naively assumed that included my deposit, so I was shocked when they charged me $321 at the start of the cleaning. He charged me for 120 minutes when I have video evidence that they were only there for 90 minutes. There was no refund on the difference. Because their site only provides estimates, it’s hard to dispute with your credit card company.

If you’re looking for a home cleaner, do NOT use this company.

Our rep John Mullins couldn’t have be more knowledgeable about the HomeCraft Gutter technology. Other products did not do much to help our leaf blockages, but since being installed this is incredible and water is always flowing through now. And a lifetime transferable warranty is great.

I couldn’t recommend this product and it’s service support more. Fantastic.

Just wanted to take a minute to share my experience with HomeCraft. Michael the marketing manager came and did a demonstration for my wife and I. Not only was he informative and educational he was very professional. Never in a million years were we looking to make a decision today but after seeing everything he had to offer and the company’s great reviews it was a no brained!!

I called and the company responded quickly. We had a presention by Noah McWilliams the same day. Noah is very knowledgeable and informed about the industry and the product. He spent time explaining everything. The only reason I didn't decide on the product is we just moved in and we have several projects to do before the gutters. But when we are ready to proceed we will call Noah back.

Saw this company listed on Instagram. Got a call back and had a visit scheduled in less than 48 hours. Michael, the marketing manager came out reviewed my property, asked my needs and provided a PHENOMENAL quote. I’m excited for the install of their gutters as well as the gutter shield. Quality service and quality product!! I highly recommend their services!!

Larry arrived on schedule and got straight to work evaluating our needs.
He shared information about the company and what it is all about.
He also shared samples of not only their product but other gutter and gutter protection products.
We were already familiar but seeing actual helped seal the deal.
We look forward to getting our gutter task completed.
