Stanley Steemer came to clean our sofa. The sofa didn’t smell but I just wanted to it to be cleaned as it hadn’t been for an awhile. I chose cleaning and deodorizing. First time they came they soaked the couch causing a mold smell to come from the couch. I informed them about what they did so they came back to fix it but the same thing happened making my sofa smell even worse. The guy rushed through the process and made the couch soaked and stinky. We have to now replace the sofa. I contacted Stanley Steemer twice and said I would get a call back but no call has been returned and I’m stuck with a $278 bill and all they did was make my couch smell like mold.
